According to David winning at craps is easy, you just have to have the shooter roll 7 10s in a row!

The amount of additional money made by Power Pressing in a Triple Lux style system vs. same betting, or even a power press/collect, is MASSIVE. The thing is though, you have to have the right mindset to be a Power Press player. If you start to get scared once you have a $100 5/9, you either have to learn how to put that fear aside or just be fine knowing that you'll never have a huge score on the craps table.

I start to get concerned at around $900.

$35 Place bet on the 9 pays $49. Tell the player to drop $1 and give them $50. That's the way that I teach my friends at my house. No need to risk the extra $1 when you make a $36 Place bet on the 5 or 9.

I could listen to David talk all day. I would love to meet this magical shooter that hits about 6 or 7 10s

I average about 5 10s or 5 4s a roll, so I collect at 200, but that 500 collect is a little too aggressive for me

If you play the $15 or $25 tables, you only need 3 -4 powerpresses before you’re collecting Barneys

There are very few ways to win in craps: one is to risk a huge amount of money across and get out after a few hits or, get lucky on a timely streak of hot shooter and power press your way up to a big win. Everything else is a grind. The longer you stay on the the table the more likely you are to lose.

In five years of shooting dice on a weekly basis I’ve only seen someone hit a number seven times just a very few times.

This is great if you get that one shooter who can't seem to roll anything besides one or 2 button numbers. I've only seen a table get to 30 rolls maybe a handful of times in 16 years so far. Granted I'm not at the table all the time but yeah. You need to have deep pockets to run this strat over and over again.

Hi David, do you have a chart somewhere on power pressing?

Love most of this. I would change the 4/10 press though. From $10 you power press to $35. Then it's a free flip to 100 with the vig paid. After that it's simple. Go to 250, then 700, then the big boy..2k. I always play this, but I start at 35. It doesn't happen often, but that 5th 10 pays 4k.

I think it’s pretty unrealistic to expect that a shooter might roll seven 8’s. Why don’t you go with something more realistic like three or four?
@jimklemens5018 Жыл бұрын
I had a guy roll eight 6s in about 12 minutes and I made $1,100 profit.
