Hello ! I recently got pregnant after changing my diet and my exercise routine, following your recommendations on supplementation and taking dydrogesterone at 35 yo. I also took a month break from work to eat a lot of high-quality food, breath, go in the nature, go to acupuncture sessions to clean my Qi, consult an homeopath who gave me a treatment with a natrium muriaticum, and stabilize my TSH with hormonal treatment. I don’t know if and which of those strategies work, but I just want to thank you as you raised my awareness and I did not fall for the first doctors’ suggestion of IVF without trying other solutions. Be blessed.

I recently discovered Sarah Kleiner Wellness who talks about the importance of sunlight and protecting darkness at night in order to produce melatonin and then in turn all the correct levels of hormones. I highly recommend her content. My mind has been blown!
@FertilityHomeopath5 ай бұрын
Yes, taking care of darkness and getting sunlight during the day, and skipping blue light is a major one for sure!

Thank you for the recommendation! I look forward to listening to her.

@@FertilityHomeopath this makes me so sad though, cus i am trying to heal my hormones but litteraly it is no sunlight available for me (winter in Sweden). Soon enough the sun will rise at 8am and go down at 16pm, so it's litteraly dark when your going to work as well as leaving. Feels like it's impossible to heal and be well when you're living here...

No more spotting, amh raised from only 0.27 to 0.74 (in the same month I stated taking it), temperature in luteal phase was normal again, fsh and lh reached normal levels too. I take 10mg of it a day.

After taking Vitex for 3 months, my luteal phase got about 2-3 days longer!

I am so happy for you! It can definitely be helpful when it is indicated. If it's not indicated then it can harm. Sadly seen that so much with followers and patients which is why I am so careful about it and warn with information. But I am not against Vitex :) and as said, really happy for you!

Did you please ever make a video about what is ideal number for estrogen levels just prior to ovulation? Is there any max number? And if you are over it would suggest estrogen dominance?

In your Prep for Baby course, do you accommodate a carnivore diet? My husband & I are trying to reverse our autoimmune conditions with a carnivore diet. It's been 5 months, and we both feel sooo much better, but I'm interested in your program, too. (I tried Nourishing Traditions first, and I will probably go back to it once I feel that I've gotten all I can from carnivore.) Thank you for all that you do! 💛

Certainly, it's really about the foundation of nourishing yourself, checking for nutrient deficiencies, removing big blocks & toxins homeopathically and being able to monitor your changes.

Ive been taking a liposomal Vitamin C from past 2 cycles and both cycles ovulation was delayed significantly could vitamin C overdose be the cause? Causing more progesterone in follicular phase instead of luteal phase?

If I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and 3 days, is that low progesterone or something else?
@lilienburesova15225 ай бұрын
Could be progesterone but also could been abnormal embryo. It’s hard to know without any testing.

My levels were 19.8mnol/l 5 days past ovulation. I have a 14 day lutheal phase. Currently breastfeeding too. Is that a good level?

Is it possible to have your body stressed but not be stressed mentally? I feel like I do take steps to sleep well, take my vitamin C and nourish my body but my progesterone temp still drops at 9DPO and I don’t reach my ideal 14 day luteal phase… please help!
@FertilityHomeopath5 ай бұрын
Yes, certainly. This could be due to ongoing low inflammation, past trauma. I understand it is disheartening when you can't seem to crack the code! Have you looked at my program Prep for Baby yet? It sounds like you need to work on the underlying issue. Also look at estrogen dominance!

Hi. Is it enough to only have s3x around ovulation, or you need to do it the rest of the month also? Thank you.
@blondgirl815 ай бұрын
Have sex as often as you like, semen in the uterus supports implantation.

Thank you this is helpful. May I know if it's ok to use Wagner vitamin C? I'm from Sri Lanka so we have a very limited range. Could you kindly specify which brands you recommend. I can try getting it down through someone.
@FertilityHomeopath5 ай бұрын
I don't know the brand, sorry I can't help! There are so many brands out there. In the Netherlands I currently like Vitals, Vitakruid and Lamberts but that could change if the companies are taken over. In the UK I like Biocare.

Would ovulation on day 15 or 16 be considered "late"? I am currently 33 weeks pregnant with our double rainbow baby and was put on progesterone from the time I ovulated, which according to my ovulation test strips was day 15 or 16 of my cycle. My naturopath wasn't sure if my levels were high enough early on in this pregnancy because of blood testing, so he kept me on the progesterone the entire pregnancy until now, when I am weaning off. Prior to any of my pregnancies, it was recommended through my naturopaths to try black currant seed oil, DHEA and other supplements to balance my hormones and encourage the creation of progesterone. Testing before and during the first two pregnancies showed my progesterone in range, but on the lower end. It was recommended when trying for our third pregnancy that we do progesterone supplementation, as we have had no trouble getting pregnant, just maintaining. Seems to have worked, but like you, I always prefer the natural route if I can!

@JasmineAvril5 ай бұрын
So if you already have 33-34 day cycles does this mean our progesterone is already high?
@FertilityHomeopath5 ай бұрын
Not necessarily, it might mean you are ovulating late and still have a short luteal phase, the trick is to start with charting first to see what is going on.
