Getting your shit together is understanding your good and bad habits. But much more than that, it is about understanding what triggers you to feel a certain way, spiral, and struggle with being consistent. If we can understand why we are unable to be consistent and what is causing this to be so much more difficult than it seams for everyone else in the world than this video is for you. This video was a delete because of how I was feeling this day but I am uploading it anyways because it gets the point across. I will re record this again so it is more clear and easier to follow but this will get you started.
