The new clips are awesome! I like a product that has more uses than trash! The rest of the industry needs to get on board!

It's unfortunate. Even when I order plants from the same suppliers as the popular KZbinrs do, the plants arrive barely alive or just dead. I guess there is a hierarchy in selecting products based on priority. "Send beautiful specimens to the content creators with most views. All the dead clippings will go to the peasants".

I thought the same thing! Especially the reuse cases for the little clips!

If your store stocks Tropica plants then you have access to exactly the same plants as I do. I can’t speak for any other plant growers / suppliers

Those clips look like a bit of a game changer - I hope time will prove them to be as good of an idea as they look to be now! Always cool to see a local to me business come up with something cool like that, especially if it can lessen the footprint of our honestly, pretty decadent hobby. 😅 I actually think my favourite scape is the triangle one. Can’t help it, I’m just a sucker for a nice triangle setup, and agree on the ‘Blue Steel’ (your name for it is just cooler, tbh) it’s gorgeous…and now on the list.

I love the clip idea! I am an industrial designer and would love to work for an aquarium filter company or plant company designing new ideas like these clips that are so versatile. Kudos to the design team at Tropica on the clips. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Explain “carbonated water”, George? MJ Aquascaping mentioned the same thing, tho he said “sparkling water”, if Im not mistaken, at this same booth. What does it do? Replace the need for co2?
@GeorgeFarmerStudios7 ай бұрын
It’s sparkling water that you can buy from a grocery store. Very high CO2 content. It’s how Amano realised plants could benefit from CO2 injection. It’s only a temporary solution and not safe for fish/shrimp.

So what nutrients do the plants use if in the clips?
@GeorgeFarmerStudios7 ай бұрын
The nutrients that’s stored in the plants themselves from growing hydroponically in the greenhouses, same as with the pots. There’s very little nutrient content in the rockwool.
