My child was not special needs at times were really hard can I barely provided the necessities of life. play looking back I can say that God did provide. When I knelt to receive Jesus, my neighbor said that she would be praying fir me, but I needed to tell Jesus what was in my heart, because He wanted to hear my voice, not hers. I'm so glad. After praying. I felt the load of guilt, sin and shame lift from my shoulders. Hallelujah!

I do remember after watching a Billy Graham special on tv in 2005 where I truly did mean for the first time ever that I was a sinner and truly believed in Jesus Christ. I felt a peace I had never felt before nor since then. I woke up feeling different and one of the very first things I did was : (1) pray and ask for forgiveness for having my last portion of the CPA exam scheduled on a Sunday (I had scheduled it before being saved ) and (2) breaking up with my Buddhist boyfriend. I didn't want to sin after that. When I read the Word /the Bible I want to obey and I fear God. I still don't want to sin against Him even though I will bc I'm in my flesh. I still ask for Jesus to increase my faith in Him - the God/man who died for me and my sin. I do believe God can work through some big evangelical events , but repentance has to be part of it . Which only happens through God the Holy Spirit (convicts of sin ). *edit: I wanted to clarify that I definitely still sinned after being saved and still do ! I just don't WANT to. Lately the Lord has had me in His Word (the Bible ) like never before. I used to never read it regularly and even became lukewarm. 😢 BUT praise God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ bc He made me on fire again. I talk about Him as much as I can to non believers by trying to hand out gospel tracts ...the time is so short. I still have this flesh that will make me afraid but I'm praying God will help me to just be bold and even if I get hurt or hated for spreading the gospel so be it. Just help me not to have unforgiveness in my heart and to not deny Him. I truly feel (I'm in my early 40s) we are in the very very last days. It's too short. Pray for boldness to share. Pray that as many people get saved as possible. Literally nothing else matters.

Amen!!! I think many DO come to a true faith in these evangelistic events. As long as the person turns from sin in repentance and towards Jesus, believing in their heart that he rose from the dead and proclaiming with their mouths that Jesus is Lord, they WILL be saved, as the Bible says! What's most important is for new Christians to be discipled after making the decision to trust in the Lord for the forgiveness of their sins.

How do we know they're not because there is no fruit. Many have not been discipled, many are in a cult and don't know it, and many only want what they can get from the Creator but don't want the Creator.

Exactly!! When we are willing to give up everything in creation to have the creator. Counting everything as loss for the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus our Lord. Coming to Christ as the only bread that can satisfy us and will satisfy us forever. Fully trusting that being in Him, we will never hunger or thirst again. True faith is a coming to Christ as a gain over everything. To want Him more than you want anything. Yes, many recognize their need of Him and come to Him. But do they really want Him or just what He can give them?

Voddie Baucham speaks truth! One of the biggest red flags is when a so-called pastor or a preacher says he prayed a prayer at 5 years old that his grandmother told him to repeat and he claims to have been saved because he even went to bible school and has been a preachin' for 40 years to convince people to pray this same payer he prayed for Jesus when he was 5, but he has no reverence for God, begins his church not by opening the Word but with emotionally manipulative music (very man-centered about how much Jesus loves ME), then proceeds to give "quick" announcements about how awesome his church is and then to crack a few jokes and finally to sermons that are unoriginal copies of other people's sermons because he has not experienced true regeneration and couldn't tell you what true regenerative repentance is to save his life. If people are having such a hard time discerning truth from false now, they are in great trouble as there will be plenty more false teachers that will be even harder to detect as the apostasy/great falling away progresses with time.

I did understand EXACTLY, and PRECISELY; that I was a man, born in the flesh unto sin. These messages convict the Holy Spirit to get the Believer to do what what Paul directs us to examine ourselves. Love listening to this brother. I wish people, Christians in particular, would understand that the only way we are going to conquer racism is to have unity with all people. It so saddens me when people claim they need restitution. No, restitution won’t make you happy. All that little bit of cash will do is put some groceries on your table, put some gas in your car. You need a relationship with Jesus and you need to understand what forgiveness is and to extend it. The reason there’s still racism, there’s still prejudice, there are still slums, still unwed mothers, people doing drugs, people being trafficked, any sin you can think of, any crime committed, is because 1) there is no Jesus. When we have Jesus we don’t want to do any of that. When we have Jesus we want to do things for him. Tell others about him, extend a helping hand to someone in need without expecting anything in return. So many other things that won’t fit here. But we do things that he asks of us just like we do things for our parents. And number 2) there’s no forgiveness. We cannot live in peace if we don’t forgive. We don’t forgive because someone deserves it. Because they probably don’t. We forgive because we need it for ourselves. And sometimes we have to go to God and say God I know you want me to forgive but I don’t want to. Please give me a heart that wants to forgive. Parents can ruin your life and you hate them. A spouse has betrayed us. Forgiveness is the last thing you want to do. You spent your school years being bullied and now you are bitter. No the person doesn’t deserve it. But Jesus went to the cross for us. He was beaten so badly he was unrecognizable. And yet he forgave. He will give you the heart and the strength to forgive. But come to Him. Admit you are a sinner. Ask him for His great and endless forgiveness. He will give it. And you will experience a love so great that forgiveness and love for others will be natural. And you will have joy unspeakable and full of glory!

Everyone I know, including me,is false. My heart anguishes because no matter how much I pray, I feel even more lost every time I read my Bible. I do feel differently about my sin, but I fail every day. 1 John continues to remind me why I'm not Christian, no matter how many times I think I am.

I fail every day too. I have felt just as you are feeling, and sometimes experience the despair of it. But - I try to remind myself that I am not alone in these feelings. Honest preachers of the Word will let you know that we all fail and fall short of the Glory of God. Here's what helps me: 1) to remember that if I'm concerned about my failing before God and sometimes feel far from Him, that no man is causing me to feel that way - it is the convicting presence of the Holy Spirit drawing me to Him, and 2) to remember that utilizing my time to learn more of the Gospel and the Word of God is never time wasted, and although I may not feel worthy after doing so, once again I recognize that only the Holy Spirit can draw me to Him. If you weren't worried about your salvation, you wouldn't recognize that you were being drawn to salvation. Keep talking to Jesus about it, and let Him draw you in what way He will. I hope this helps a little.

He's talking about someone who says they are a Christian but you don't see any fruit in their life. You can tell the work of the Holy Spirit even in a brand new Christian who doesn't "know much"

I disagree. We have to start somewhere. And yes, one service is not enough, but it's a start. You have to advise them to continue in their walk. Reading the Bible, etc. I was not where he was speaking about, so I could not agree. They are basing the prayer on Roman's.

The Gospel does not teach that Jesus is God. Colossians 1:15 tells us Jesus is the firstborn of all creation. THAT is how he has existed from the beginning. “From the beginning” clearly means “has a beginning”. God has no beginning. If you have a beginning, you are not Jehovah. The trinity is one of Satan’s most successful manipulations. For the Trinity to be true, one must claim that our ONE God (Deut 6:4) is 3 separate beings with different knowledge and authority (Matt 24:36). That God says to Himself “why have you forsaken me”. That God in separate forms will sit alongside each other (not one). 1 Cor 15:28 says even Jesus will submit to the one true singular God. Not to mention how Jesus consistently references the works of His Father and that the Father is greater than he is. It is so, so sad that preachers claim to teach the true gospel and then (albeit unknowingly) teach a false doctrine. We MUST study the Word of God and ask Him to reveal His truth for us ✝️

Actually the fact that Jesus Christ IS GOD in Flesh is all throughout the Bible, both OT and NT...(Isaiah 9:6; For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, MIGHTY GOD, EVERLASTING FATHER, Prince of Peace.) Interesting huh? A "Child" who is a "Son" and a "Father" and "GOD" all in ONE. Or how about (1-Tim 3:16; And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: GOD was MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.) - When was God manifest in flesh? As God-Man Jesus Christ. Or here's another one (John 1:1,14; In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the WORD WAS GOD...14; and the WORD became FLESH and dwelt among us and we beheld HIS glory as the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.) The WORD was with GOD yet the WORD was GOD and the WORD became FLESH. I'll give you another one but it might be a bit complicated for those who don't have spiritual eyes to see or spiritual ears to hear (Rev.1:8; "I am the Alpha and the Omega the Beginning and the End" says the Lord God "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.") And Jesus Christ uses the same phrase as the "Lord God the Almighty" in (Rev. 22:13; "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and Last.") Wait a minute He said He is the "Beginning and the End" and "clearly that means He had a beginning and He will end" right? Wrong! It means that He is before all things and is after all things. God is our Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He speaks everything into existence and has the final say in everything. There are plenty passages in which the persons of the Triune Godhead communicate to one another (Gen.1:26;11:7) (Isa.6:8) (Ps.110:1)(Amos 4:11) Some people might not understand the Bible because they're spiritually blind and only true repentance can open ones eyes (Mat.13:10-11; the disciples came and said to Him, "why do You speak to them in parables?" He answered and said to them, "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given...13; Therefore I speak to them in parables because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand...) Unfortunately those who belong to clans like Jehovah's witnesses, Mormons, "Christian Science", Catholicism etc etc, will never understand that Jesus Christ is God in flesh EVEN AFTER reading these and many other verses in Scripture because they're spiritually blinded by Satan. If you see Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit as lower than God the Father, you will not enter heaven because God will not hear you unless you go through Jesus Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit (John 14:7) (Rom.8:9,26) God does not play games with those who try to bypass His Son and trample His blood underfoot and insult the Spirit of grace (Heb.10:29-31). Without the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, you don't know God.

I would absolutely agree that Jesus in the flesh displayed and demonstrated God. i think it’s important that you start to review the original text and translation of these verses, as well as context. I believe if you ask God for the Spirit of Truth and spend enough time studying His word, you will come to see the way Satan has infiltrated Christianity (or churchianity rather) with this false doctrine. It is possibly “the great deception” that is mentioned as well imo. But simply reading a verse without knowing its context is dangerous when you’re dealing with scripture. Either way, I think it is intellectually impossible to study God’s Word in Truth and be a trinitarian believer. Some believe that period of time is referencing a davidic king. Here is a summary with the Hebrew grammatical considerations that shape this verse. The child was already born and had a government on his shoulders. He is called one singular name, and the One who named this child is God Himself. Here is a Jewish translation that transmits these grammatical features: “For a child has been born to us, a son given to us, and the authority is upon his shoulder, and the wondrous adviser, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, called his name, “the prince of peace.”. Another translation is the Septuagint. Because the Septuagint was translated from Hebrew to Greek before the time of Christ, there was no pressure from Trinitarians or Biblical Unitarians, etc., to favor a particular theological disposition. Because this translation took place before the time of Christ, they most certainly had a better grasp of the Hebrew language. Here is Isaiah 9:6 from the Lexham English Septuagint (2012). Please notice how past tense verbs and historical presents identify a child who already existed: “6 Because a child was born to us; a son was given to us whose leadership came upon his shoulder; and his name is called “Messenger of the Great Council,” for I will bring peace upon the rulers and health to him” (Isaiah 9:6). The Messiah comes in the name of the Father (Micah 5:4) and Jesus says that he comes in the name of the Father (John 5, John 17:8-11) Christians today sometimes forget that Bibles are translations created by Trinitarian scholars. They don’t read original translations and compare them. Bible translations don’t supersede thousands of underlying manuscripts. Since all credible manuscripts have past tense verbs here, translators should be faithful, except in rare cases where it is grammatically impossible to retain the same meaning. It’s contradictory to apply the title “mighty God” to Jesus because He is consistently subordinate to His Father. Jesus was promoted to the position of Lord (Daniel 7:13-14, Acts 2:33, 36; Hebrews 1:9; 2:9; Philippians 2:9-11) because He did not have this position. He submits to the sovereignty of His greater Father. Jesus said, “…I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I” (John 14:28b). In the book of Relation, after His ascension, Jesus called His Father, “my God” (3:2, 3:12, etc.). Paul and Peter are both quoted as saying, “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 1:3, 1 Peter 1:3). Because Jesus has a God, and I worship the same God Jesus did. While popular Trinitarian translations contain, “everlasting father” this title is misapplied to the unborn Jesus. Jesus said, “ And call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven” (Matthew 23:9). Our God is one, as scripture teaches. Jesus is the firstborn of all creation. They are one in purpose and procedure, but not in power and authority or knowledge. Claiming one part of God cried “why have you forsaken me” to the other? And one part of Him knows the time and place but the other does not…it doesn’t make any logical sense, and again, who is the master of confusion?? The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all work together, but they are not all Jehovah. The only way to God is through Christ. If the Trinity doctrine is a heaven or hell issue, as some claim, then Satan has worked his masterpiece on God’s people and I pray church leaders in this country wake up to the Truth, for they too will be held accountable for what they preached. 🙏🏼

Bottom line is: [God the Father] is GOD, [God the Son] is GOD, [God the Holy Spirit] is GOD. The Holy Spirit is not a thing, power or force. The Holy Spirit is GOD Himself (without Whom you cannot be saved just as you cannot be saved without Jesus Christ) If anyone does not have the SPIRIT of CHRIST he is not HIS (God's) (Rom.8:9) through CHRIST we have access by one SPIRIT to the FATHER (Eph.2:18). For in HIM (Jesus Christ) dwells ALL the FULLNESS of the GODHEAD BODILY (Col.2.9). Therefore if you see Jesus Christ as "lower than God" or the Holy Spirit as "lower than God" then you deny God because Jesus Christ is God and the Holy Spirit Is God, and when you face Jesus Christ at His Judgment seat (Rom.14:10) (2Cor.5:10) (2Tim. 4:1) (John 5:22-23) you can explain to HIM why you saw Him as lower than God for He (Jesus Christ) is the same "I AM" (Exod.3:14) who gave Moses the 10 Commandments (John 8:57-59) and He will judge because He is GOD. Jesus Christ is not "like" God or "close to" God or "almost" God: Jesus Christ is GOD and in Him dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily (Col.2:9)... Other than that have a blessed day.

@@konstantinmorgunov196 again, please look into the original Greek or Hebrew translations. The same “I am” was also translated to “I am him” just a few verses later. The original translations are so important for context and understanding. If you are only studying a modern day English translation, you are missing some key knowledge about those scriptures that only comes with truly studying the Word and its origin. I believe it is impossible to study the Bible and be a trinitarian. The scripture simply doesn’t support it. You should read “how Jesus became God” by Rubenstein so you can actually see where the trinity came from. MAN. NOT Scripture. It is not a biblical doctrine. Godhead is also not an original translation AT ALL and only appears in 3 translations. I don’t have any fear in my beliefs before God, for Jesus said his Father is greater than he. I didn’t place Jesus anywhere, i simply listened to his words. I worship the same God that Jesus does. I would also ask you to explore how your view of the trinity came to be. Because it is not something you were taught by reading the Bible. If you read the Bible front to back, no one would walk away trinitarian. They would walk away seeing Jesus as the Son of God, exactly how he is referenced. The trinity was VOTED ON by man, and is only taught by man. Yes the trinity doctrine came down to a VOTE amongst men. I also apologize for any repetition below. Colossians 1:15 we see the creation of Christ in God’s image John 5:30 Jesus tells us he does nothing by himself but by his Father who sent him John 8:15-18 John 16:23-28 John 8:58 “…before Abraham was, I am” In no way does this mean he is God, simply because he came before Abraham.. John 10:30 “I and My Father are one” We are ALL instructed to be one with God as seen a few chapters later in John 17:21 “That they all may be one, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.” He refers to himself and God as US. John 14:9 “…he that hath seen me, hath seen the Father…” ​I think we can all agree that context matters. Here the disciples (Phillip speaking) are telling Jesus to show them the Father, and that will suffice. Jesus tells them that if they have seen him, than they have seen God, and goes on to say (14:10) that God is in him, and he is in the Father. Do we not all ask God to live in us? Does that mean that we are God? Of course not. Jesus also says that he goes away and comes back (dies and returns), and if we loved him, we would rejoice because he goes away to join God. Jesus also says that only his Father knows the date and time, not even he. So you’re telling me our almighty ONE is separate beings that have separate knowledge?? And Jesus asked himself “why have you forsaken me?” It doesn’t even make sense. Who is the master of deception and confusion? Deut 6:4 and 1 Cor 8:4-6 tell us that we have ONE God. And one Lord, Jesus Christ. In 2 Cor 5:21 we see where God MADE Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:28 “And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.” When all things are under Jesus Christ, then Jesus will subject himself to God, that God may be all in all. To be “put under” something, those things cannot be equal. The Greek translation of this verse is “shall have been put in subjection”. The Oxford dictionary defines subjection as “the act of subjecting a country or person to one’s control”. They are one in purpose and procedure. Not in power and authority. We also read that Jesus is the firstborn of all creation, and was with God in the beginning. If you have a beginning, you are not Jehovah. God has no beginning and no end. If God was triune, it would be written in His word, it would appear in ancient writings, and it would have been preached by the apostles. The Bible says clearly our “God is one”. Not 3 in 1. Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all… Some of these are probably repetitive, I’ve had this conversation so many times, I’m working on a comprehensive list that I can share one time and move on, so as to not throw “pearls to swine” i.e. share the information and those who receive will receive it. All I can do is plant the seed and pray for the spirit of truth (John 16:13) guides us all. There are seven spirits around God’s throne. The spirit of truth being one of them. I do hope for many souls’ sakes that the trinity is not a Heaven or hell deciding factor, for if it is, many will perish while having had access to the Truth right at their finger tips.

Voddie Baucham: staunch in his anti-Romanism & negative criticism of their theology, doctrines, "preaching a different gospel", & their pagan traditions, just quoted the 'Nicene Creed'?! He & those in his camp have for years, repeatedly warned about them & denied the legitimacy of that "church". Now he's quoting them? Now I know many will run to his defense, undoubtedly. But I must ask, are we followers of Christ, or followers of VB? There are these cracks that just suddenly & randomly appear in the foundation(s) sometimes. Like MacArthur claiming u can be forgiven if u take the "mark of the beast", or him appearing on TBN. Not once, but @ least twice. Where's Justin Peters? Why's he not condemning JM? Nevermind. Repentance is for all mankind, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God! This was addressed to the Gentiles in the book of Romans. Also when Paul was preaching to the Greeks at Athens he said that men everywhere should turn to God-that is repentance.
