Thank God for this sermon it was so timely. I am a black man and I can relate to Voddie testimony growing up in a toxic environment in the home and outside the home. But one day the gospel came into my life and it changed my prospective on how I viewed life it was a lamp under my feet. I been around men who taints the gospel with social issues and I get rebuked every time and vilified for it. But I know the TRUTH about the GOSPEL AND I AM NOT ASHAMED!!! It’s a lot more that I can say, but just wanted to thank all the great men such as Voddie and all the other men that helped shape my theology. I would Like to also give a special thanks to John MacArthur it all started with his book Charismatic Chaos ❤️❤️❤️

John Macarthur unfortunately is torn. Carminiasm. A bit of Calvinist and a bit of Arminianism. Dispensationalism Theology is a part of John Macarthur as well. And that is another gospel. Futurism by John Darby. Whom teaches the future events and rapture baloney and that it is God reacts towards man and not God is sovereign Lord. We are sinful rotten creatures totally separated from His purity. God is PURE. The Gospel is imputation. In regards to the Law: transfer. Christ transfers our unrighteousness unto Him and transfers His righteousness unto us. That's the gospel which the Church stands or falls. Justification by faith alone. Martin Luther, Augustine, Paul and God and His Christ. ☮

I know what he means about the music. I recently was on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic where we ministered to Haitian Refugees living in the DR. One night I was going to speak and this young boy came up to sing and the crowd joined him in rounds. What a powerful voice he had. everyone on the mission team agreed that We could have ended the night right there and we would have been blessed. The harvest is great, but the laborers are few. We live in a time like no other. Jesus could have placed us anywhere, at anytime, but He chose to place us right where we are for such a time as this...

I have been dealing with losing my wife of 36 years, two years ago, and gone down bad in health, and in Dr. Baucham's preaching, found the strength to go forward, and reclaim life on the fundamental premise of "the Gospel". This has been one of the most compelling, moving sermons I've heard during these years of "imposition" we've all been put under, and this, the fundamental principle upon which I was saved forty years ago, and in which I found my wife, and got married under. There can be nothing above the thing which brought us out of ourselves, and gave us back life. I reckon I could be called "a white male, evangelical", however it is only the gospel that can ever make any difference. Thank you for the perfect clarity of this message.
