Yeah, this is definitely a beautiful sounding synthesizer. The low end is massive. And the independent sounds you can combine with the SEMs is pretty amazing. Very impressive.

In the 70s I attended a concert by German jazz pianist/keyboardist Wolfgang Dauner. He had the real beast on stage, and hell, he did know how to use it! I guess I‘ve never been so impressed by any other synth. And the OB-E really seems to come pretty close. No-brainer!

Yeah, i played it recently too. You can even play it with MPE. I love the sound of it. BTW your OB6 Presets are amazing. I got the OB6 since a few days and love it so much🤗🤗

@@MilesAwayOfficial I got a used Roli Seaboard. Roli will bring out a new Controller soon. I think its one of the best MPE Controllers around. And you can even play the OB6 with MPE🥰…

Great affordable for more people to own and GForce softsynths are amazing sounding and the absolute closest that i know in software to the hardware ( i use a Planar head phone and it has 100% an amazing sound that i like

Finally got my hands on this today. I also have the eight voice from Cherry Audio and the SEM from Arturia. I've compared all three. Brother its not even close. The Gforce OB-E blows the other two out of the water.

Diva is the sound of pretty much my entire Debut EP with Trap Nation so I will forever love it as the best soft synth - nothing comes close for functionality! But sound for sound, I think this might have it beat a tiny bit, just in the filter department :)

Great video and I like a lot that you keep it to the audience to build their own opinion. Although you seem to have to hold back your excitement 😂 The Model 84 from Softube is nearly identical to my real Juno106. Also the Doepfer modules sound astonishing real in their Modular. Recently Plogue released the OP-7 and boy, finally this is the first lively and 3D sounding DX 7 in the box. And now the OB-E. I miss a bit the 3D and depth of hardware. But after recently jamming about 3 hours to old Anne Clark records, I couldn't care less. It just sounds amazingly rich and thick and smooth its a joy. GForce are so devoted in what they do. Highly recommended. It's an astonishing good and non generic sounding soft synth (like 95% of all attempts to emulate a classic).

Check out the new OBX from GForce software. This is one of the finest software instruments I have ever heard doing the famed Oberheim sound. Also in terms of whether a software instrument can sound analog you need to hear Omnisphere. Unless you actually have it you will never know. It is still possibly the finest sounding software instrument on the planet. It sounds better than about 90% of any hardware synth you have heard.

@@MilesAwayOfficial I have got SEM and OBE as well but initially I thought I may not need OBX but it is just different again. Also I owned it at one stage too and this is so close its amazing. Nostalga for me. The low end of this plugin is just incredible. They are going to release a free bank of all the original presets shortly too.

OB6 all day every day - it's my fave synth. This sounds close to as good if not as good, but for me you can't beat the hands on workflow of a synth you know really well. This is the closest sounding software to my ob6 though!

@@MilesAwayOfficial Diva literally pulls a gun on my system and robs it of memory resources. It's such a great sounding plug-in, but I do hate that it does that. It got so bad that I put it on a seperate computer to run by itself and then take the audio from that computer into the mixer I have connected to my interface. The sound loses a litte something but it still good. Only way I can use Diva
