I personally think we should conduct an interview with the TEACHER :), and get the necessary details. Well, I am Glad that we are having the right path.

I love this, after 3 certifications in UX/UI currently from the design school I attend. This video was nail on and very refreshing as a Pakistani-American to hear all these theories in Urdu. 3. Why to take an interview /audience research? Ans: To understand the users pain point, expectations, etc. 🔸At first define the goals and objectives. 🔸Before taking the interview, prepare the questions. 🔸Questions should be open ended rather than closed ended. 🔸Questions should be jargon free (most people are not technical). 🔸One should use why and how in the question to get deeper explanations.

something I also want to add about interviews is that interviews must be conducted with the people who will be going to be the actual users of that product for eg: if App/software is for blind people then an interview must be conducted with the blind persons because then you will going to understand that what hurdles they get and if it is for kids then the interview should be done with the kids lie wise, etc. I had done an internship as a UX designer 3 years ago and then nobody here knows that this is also a separate field and I learn about all this in that internship and MashaAllah here now you are teaching here everything for free to us :) JazakAllah

As a STEAM teacher, I completely understand open and close-ended questions as well as higher-order thinking while most of my colleagues did not get the concept. We lack in these areas in Pakistan. Well, besides everything (which is seriously going all great), including the Behind The Scenes is Psychologically a great idea. Because we as a normal person, while watching the video think, that video is made in just one single flow, and there's a minor bit of editing. But when we make our own video, project, or tutorial... We do those mistakes, and think, "I think I am the only one who can't do this" :). Hopefully, besides fun, it'll help people to build confidence while recording the video InSha'Allah
