It's not the third best Chipp. Ignore the ranking, it's mostly meaningless. Japan and North America for example, don't play against each other online so the two regions are separated and so ranking up in one region is easier than another. There's also the issue of some players just not playing as much ranked. Samitto has been playing Chipp at the highest level since like GGXX, maybe earlier.

I think Marvelo is number one but he plays safer compared to Summit. Tee plays with a shit ton of risk and crazier combos imo. These are the best chipps that I know. The rankings change a lot though. I do like Summits rope combos the most though.

Sometimes 6HS might not reach on time. So just 2D. Plus 2D leads into setup on ice floor shatter since it knockdown.
