you must be using the tiger knee method for that instant overhead combo because you need both your jumps for that combo, and the tk method uses both jumps instantly cus of the high jump, i have trouble with that combo too idk the method tho :(

There are two ways of doing it: After cS of 5k, You either buffer ↑ or ↓ to cancel the super jump input, so either (cS+↓ +↘→ ↑ S) or (cS+↑ + ↓↘→ S). The easier one will depend on your controller type

Marvelous. Strive was a ridiculous piece of garbage from the start. No gameplay variability, gutted gameplan of many canonical classic characters of the series, who were simply unlucky due to the bias of the Arcsystems, and an absolute disregard for balance. Ridiculous game design decisions with inappropriately high damage and simply endless free pressure. Zato in seasons 1 and 2. Ridiculous auto-aim shooting gallery with HC on release and after that they give him the best mix-up potential in the game. Constant buffs to the gorillas in every patch, as if their pressure was so weak and they needed a wild assault... New character moves are just a piece of cake: Millia's new move is just another poorly converted melee poke. Not a single Millia player wanted this, but they didn't even ask character's audience what the character needed. As a result - no changes. The meta games are still the same several overbuffed gorillas, Nago with an unresponsive full-screen overhead, Sol with broken damage, Ky, May, GL, Pot, Slayer, ABA -gorilla characters that will destroy you in 2 touches. They are adding more and more gorillas to the game, with huge HP and Huge damage. There are so many gorilla characters in this game because the balance in Strive always works in the same direction.. You see how there is not a single top strong Millia player left either in world. During these 3 years, almost all the top best players in the world abandoned the character. Deplorable condition. Completely corrupt meta bloggers, LK and Leffen have touted this game as being extremely balanced, when they themselves are the best example of how unbalanced Strive is. You literally have no chance to win with character who is not in the meta. All the latest CEO, EVO, Combobreaker, Faustings, Arcrevo finals show the same characters and players... There is no competition for the rest of the roster and no representation. Strive is simply the worst thing in this series, and I can't believe that this will all end with on this. I'm waiting for the next useless comments: Skill issue, get a job, Hmm ugh, you're a fake. The fans of this game are just like this game: mediocre and ignorant.

idk, seems pretty fair to me in floor 10. maybe some characters are busted on release, but arcsys usually listens to community feedback/statistics and hands out appropriate nerfs/buffs. what did you hate about this match specifically?

@@immortaldev1489 wild assault is not needed for such characters as nago, sol, pot, gl. it's just a neutral skip and an easy win for them. Strive’s balance has not changed for 4 years in the meta, the same gorillas with huge damage. the only thing that matters - is downplay S tiers from top players, this is the reason why Leo, Nago, Sol continue to receive buffs
