I love that fact that all it took was one look at jason and liz could tell jason was different and that something was up. Carly and Michael noticed it too. Just goes to show who really knows Jason. Also loved the fact that Jason commented on how liz looked good and happy. He is always checking on her and noticing if she happy and living a good life or not, because thats all he's ever wanted for her, whether he was in her life romantically or not. He'll always care for her and want the best for her. They need to put these two back together!

Hudson absolutely dominated his scenes today. Steve and Becky were great as well. Even as the veteran soap actors, Hudson elevated the entire thing. GH absolutely needs to invest in the teen scene, because there's such underutilized talent there.

I love the jason and liz scenes! At least they wrote them to be more warm and friendlier to each other. They seemed to actually remember that they are good friends. Way better than their 2017-2021 scenes where they felt more like acquaintances instead of the friends they actually are. Hope they can continue putting Liz in jasons orbit. Jason could use some support right now, other than carly and her fam.

2020 he shot and killed a guy about to kill Cameron (she called him and he came running to the rescue), helped Liz move Peter's" body when they thought Finn "killed " him. They've always been in each other's orbit and occasionally at odds, but still protective

@@sarahswomley2580 I know, but during those times, they still barely even spoke to each other. Let alone spoke in a friendlier tone like they did here. Jason may always show up when liz calls, but they barely even showed emotion when having scenes back then. Like when Mike was in the hospital dying, and liz was talking to jason about Mike, jason barely showed any emotion or any feelings in those scenes. At least here, jason spoke to liz and looked at her as he did back in 2012, as an old friend catching up. Not as someone he barely knew.

I like that they are giving two different perspectives with Jason's sons. One believes him completely and adores him the other mad and untrusting. Also, the kid who plays Jake real does look like Steve Burton early 2000's great casting.

I like it too. 2 sons who both love him, but in different ways. I just hope GH doesn't make Jake & Danny into Aj & Jason 2.0.

Was kind of predictable they'd have Danny be the one that believes him completely when you consider how they have written Danny and Jason from the start.

Jake was caught off-guard by Jason's presence. It would be better if the two of them could sit down and Jake could explain calmly that he can't have a trusting relationship with him until he gets some answers. I understand that Jason can't reveal a lot right now, but Jake has a valid point, though he shouldn't have been so harsh.

Us as grown adults would do that but Jake is a teenager that is realizing that he has a sometimes dad that randomly leaves for years. It's honestly one of the reason Elizabeth didn't want Jason in his life from the beginning. I love and understand that Jason isn't in control of his life anymore (which is ironic considering that was his logic for cutting off the Quartermines ) but Jake would have been better off if Jason wasn't in his life. Lucky's gone, but from what Elizabeth says he has a great relationship with Adian and Cameron because even tho he is in another country he calls and is involved in his son's lives.

I'm starting to believe Jason being picked up by the FBI and Jason becoming an informant is the best thing that could have happened. Jason's life in the organization with Sonny has caused nothing but heartache and pain to Jason and others close to him. Jason list valuable time with his sons and you can't blame Jake for feeling the way he does towards Jason. This is what that type of life has done.

I feel Jake's pain...if I'm not mistaken I believe this is the second time Jake has mourned his father...I could be wrong...these years seem to be running together...lol Jason is going to have his work cut out for him...at least where Jake is concerned...Danny however doesn't have the same anger towards his father as Jake does...I remember how much Jake believed in Jason when he was accused of killing Franco....now all the trust seems to be gone. I hope they can rebuild their relationship. I just hope whoever he was protecting is worth losing time with his sons.

@@pattygarcia3504 well I'm pissed that he would neglect his sons to protect Carly... it seems that even his own kids comes second to her...when Jake/Danny find out the truth they're going to be hurt...knowing that their father chose her over them...Jake is already pissed at him for staying away for so long/not informing them that he was still alive...it's going to take Jason losing both of his sons before he realizes his mistake. I think Elizabeth/Sam are going to be equally pissed off when they learn the truth...I get his love/loyalty to Carly but at some point he's going to have to make a choice....his sons or Carly.

@@shontelagrone8713 Jason will always protect whoever is running the business. This go round, it happened to be Carly who was running it and was threatened. He's always protected Sonny and the business first before. I hope Jason has changed. I wish he's walk away from Carly and Sonny.

When he came back last time Jason didn't even acknowledge Edward or AJ's deaths, but now he's shown to mourn Bobbie, Britt, Epiphany. Writers, sometimes.

Jason is accused of murdering Franco and Jake didn’t even hesitate to belief Jason was innocent in the slightest but with Dante he choose to believe right away that he was guilty and even though Jason has said he had no choice in staying away he still choose to not believe so I’m suppose to believe this sudden change in behavior that Jake has? Every since Jake was kidnapped and he came back he has always had this mature way of thinking so him acting the way he is I’ll chalk it up to puberty but not 100%
