The audacity this girl has to say to his face that she wants to see the look on Trina's face when they convict her and lock her away, when she knows damn well that he is in love with Trina. Spencer did a complete 180, and his entire expression changed when he said stop talking about Trina like that. I am glad he was able to save himself though.

I think their convo was confusing for Trina because Spencer contradicted himself with what he said to her and what he said to Esme and seeing as he has a history of manipulating and deceiving Trina it may be hard at first for her to decipher his true motive and that’s understandable. That may not last long the more conversations he has with Trina, she might begin to ask questions about how honest he is being with Esme, instead of feeling as if he is deceiving her.

Yeeeeah Spencer, babe, you're fooling no one. I will give you, your double speak is good sometimes. "You're the one I have my eyes on . . . this will all be over soon . . ." indeed. But you still couldn't stand to hear Esme talking crap about Trina (obsession much), without your body betraying you -- you defended her instinctually like second nature, you even had to put physical distance between you, hearing that was so revolting. Like Esme tossed dust in your face and you sneezed out your true feelings. The body doesn't lie. You might, but if Esme really did study human behavior then she knows in her gut that you're full of it.

Esme wants to get back at Spencer but she’ll never win at that because Spencer doesn’t love her. He doesn’t care what she does. He’ll be mad at Nik if he does sleep with Esme but I doubt he’ll be broken because of Esme and the first person he’ll run to is probably Trina anyway who he really loves and Esme’ll have to watch that so she’ll never get the intended result she wants because Spencer doesn’t love her.

Poor Esme after going through all this trouble of framing Trina. Trina has the nerve to walk around blaming her for the crime. Esme has literally convinced herself that Trina did it. I have never seen anything like it. She really believes the crap she is saying. Esme would have made great villain if after whines like that to Spencer and she is his arms and he is comforting and she has a big ole smile in her face. That is villain I would enjoy hating. I can't enjoy the actress because the character is atrocious. She is quite possibly the worse character I have seen. She is like a modern day Karen on steroids. If she was whining and afterwards you saw that maniacal smile on her face I would say hot damn she is good. But she is too freaking needy. I can't take her in large doses when she was lock down at Wyndemere it was the highlight of my viewing. Now she is free and right on cue the incessant whining continues

Just my theory I can be wrong but Trina watching Spencer talking to Esme maybe she is starting to realize that Cam is right that maybe is he doing something of course she doesnt know what he is planning but maybe starting to think that maybe he is doing something to help her just the way she looked at him Spencer new she was in the next room was coming back maybe she seeing why he is giving her mixed signals but I could be wrong

I thought that too. I think the main reason why Spencer didn't tell Trina of his plans is because he knows she would not approve. This convoluted nonsense about Scott is her and Avas lawyer and if he tells Trina she will have to tell Scott is NOT the reason why. What Spencer is doing to Esme is diabolical. He is gaslighting her at every turn. Don't get me wrong I'm fine with the plan it's what Esme deserve. But Esme is mentally fragile she could snap when she finds out what Spencer has been doing. And when she does there is two people she will set her sights on. Spencer is playing with fire. And so far he has been successful in calming her down when she gets close to the edge. But if she blows and he cant bring her down. Hell hath no fury like a scorned Esme.

I was just watching that Scene again I think Trina definitly because as she was watching Spencer he didnt bad mouth her once just said he didnt care about her Trina knows he does now I think she is getting why he is giving her mixed signals while Esme is trashing her she didnt once hear Spencer really agreeing with her the part where he said stop talking about her like that

I think she hears the part about them not sleeping together because wants to take it slow and that she Trina is the cause of the problems in their relationship. I think it can go one of two ways she knows she has power over Spencer and flaunt that power by making him jealous with Rory and purposely driving an even deeper wedge between Esme and Spencer. Or she can realize something is afoot here if he supposedly loves Esme and is trying to take things slow why is he sending her Trina mix messages. Remember that line where implores her not to hurt him like he hurt her even though deserves it. Well I think that is exactly what she is going to do with jealousy

Your sentence doesn't make sense. Spencer calling Rory a jerk is ironic or funny because Spencer is a jerk. Not an "understatement". An understatement would be saying Embarrassment is going crazy when she is going full blown psychopath. Also, I am multishipper, but it's fully evident Sprina is endgame. Spencer is an idiot for not telling Trina this plan, but he does believe and love Trina. He is going about all of this wrong, but his heart is in the right place.
