She doesn't listen at all to Jason. She confront Jagger Cates. I hope that Jason realizes that Carly is selfish

Actually, she's not. She literally just threw herself on the line to get him off of the hook. He's no longer obligated to the FBI. He's free because she stepped up. She listened and let the Pikeman deal play out (just like he asked for her to do)... and guess what? Everything happened just like she expected. So, she took control and risked everything for Jason (just like he did for her).
