So I must say, I was hoping the confrontation would be a little more but this was fine too. With that being said, not gonna lie, my jaw dropped when Esme had that flash of memory. I mean I know it was coming at some point but I shocked that it came now lol. I’m sure she’ll brush it off. I’m sure the closer it gets to NAC being back, she’ll have more memories. I’m sure with him filming they’ll be spreading Sprina scenes out so that it doesn’t feel like he’s gone. Also I realized, it’s been A YEAR since we’ve had to endure this stupid amnesia redemption storyline. It just really hit me with that flashback. That’s entirely toooooo long. Actually GH should have won an emmy. for their wanton willingness to sacrifice Sprina in order to promote evil Esme, her amnesia and her illegitimate baby. GH literally was willing to tank their own show just so they can promote a twisted story with evil Esme, Spencer and Ace as some macabre and twisted family unit that they tried their best to force down the throat of Sprina fans. I guess with Ace in the mix, we were all supposed to blindly go gaga, googoo for Ace and just accept that having a baby makes everything forgiveable. It might have worked, but Sprina fans are more clever than the clowns called the permanent writers who insisted on side-lining Trina and Sprina to promote a psychotic character with no redeeming value. The fans eyes were wide opened, and they saw the writers intention for what it was and called it out. Now, these clowns need to stop playing cat and mouse games with our Sprina and put evil Esme behind bars where she belongs, period. LONG LIVE SPRINA.

Yeah it was a year ago this time when Nicholas locked up Esme in that room at Windamere and had Elizabeth be her private nurse. He got Esme a tree and one of the helpers got her some ordaments to hang on the tree , so I'm not surprised that it was the ordament that brought back her first memory. Now she's going to continue having flashes of what happened at Windamere and how Nicholas threatened her and threatened to take Ace from her. Esme might even remember why she named her baby Ace ( because he was her Ace in the whole when it came to Nicholas). We might even find out that Ace isn't a Cassadine or Spencer's brother.

I’m guessing the spoiler for Friday that says esme gives spencer a gift is esme is going to give Spencer a snow globe like he gave her when they were together. Or esme will give Spencer an ornament or a picture of those family pics she spencer and ace took over the summer. Interesting Facts about Sweeps Months! Did you know SWEEPS MONTHS don't actually exist anymore 🤔 Technically Quarterly sweeps months don't exist and haven't for years, nearly a decade! The Networks don't even acknowledge them! Only soap opera fans expect and anticipate them because it is tradition.....so tptb for the soaps try to create sweeps content to appease the audience who gets upset when sweeps don't occur.... I, initially thought the prodigal son returns being mentioned last year by Cyrus to Spencer, would be about Spencer; and i continued to feel that way when the news hit regarding NAC's temporary exit; but after everything that's happened with both Esme and Cyrus being released I realized this arc involves several characters; including Nicholas. And when you think about it, he has a lot to repent before he can even think of being redeemed. Of course we all know Nicholas changed after Emily's death, but it's about how much he's fallen from grace. And if anyone can recall, one of his lowest points was sleeping with his brother's significant other: Elizabeth Webber. That was a nasty confrontation, and although the two eventually mended fences, Lucky never returned to PC. Years later we have Nicholas sleep with his son's girlfriend, Esme Prince. And regardless of how foul she is as a human being and regardless of whether or not it was consensual, it's the principle of it all is that matters. Regardless of how I feel about Esme, what Nicholas did to his son was foul on all levels. And now we have a man/father whose fallen so far from who he used to be, he can't even face the music. As far as Esme, it's simple. She needs to repent, and that takes acknowledging what she did, but she has to pay for what she did. And the only way that can happen is her doing the time for her crimes. It's not enough for her to apologize. She has to truly understand the depth of what she did. The question here is whether or not Esme will come forward with the truth regarding her regaining her memories. Will Esme choose self preservation over doing what's right or will she bite the bullet and turn herself in? If she chooses the former then she hasn't learned anything. However, if she does the latter and comes forward and turns herself in, then that would start her journey to redemption. Cyrus, went to prison for his crimes. Does that make him innocent? Hell no! But him going to prison put him on the path of repentance; but he is by no means a boy scout. At the end of the day, everyone of these characters has done dirt. And despite my feelings about Cyrus, his comments to Spencer about giving others a chance when others have done that for him is about humility. That Spencer at one point was where Cyrus is now, and although it took some time, people gave him a chance. This is not about Spencer forgiving Esme, but remembering where he was and how he could've remained where he was had he not had some good people, or should I say, a certain someone in his corner.💯

Things went downhill for Nikolas after Gia was recast and Tyler returned and I don't think that the powers that wanted Tyler Christopher after they didn't give him much to do and being with Emily didn't help give Nikolas much to do. And as much as i would love for her to do something stupid that would land her behind bars for years, I don't know if that'll happen. I wouldn't be surprised if she struggles at first to maintain the balance between who she is now coupled with the reality of who she was prior. That will be difficult. If Esme wants a proper shot at raising her son in the future she's gonna have to turn herself in. But if chooses not to, and does something to harm Trina or Spencer then all bets are off. Whatever happens we still have NAC and his temporary leave and what that might entail. I don't want a coma storyline so let's go back to the original theory of the possibility of Esme kidnapping Spencer. If she does this then that would connect with Trina having to rely on Cyrus in helping find Spencer; if we go back to what she said to him: I will never ask you for anything. Do you hear me?! Never! Now get the hell out! That, was a foreshadowing and i wouldn't be surprised if it involves this psycho. What would cause Esme to kidnap Spencer; realizing that he has the woman that he loves finally, and they're engaged. Esme is enraged at this and somehow ends up kidnapping him. This could also involve Heather. Will she drug him, or kidnap him at gunpoint? We'll have to wait and see. Now, if we go back to Trina's conversation with Curtis they talk about Spencer's involvement with Ace and his dad abandoning him. Trina can't believe Nicholas would abandon his own children; this is an anvil moment leading up to a revelation of Trina being pregnant. And if they time this right Spencer will likely find out she's pregnant right before he's kidnapped. This will then reconnect her conversation with Curtis, and in turn Trina will think Spencer abandoned her. I mentioned a scenario like this right around the time that conversation happened. And it looks as though it could be leading there. Enter Portia Robinson who will probably be in Trina's ear with " I told you so's" Now I don't know how they're gonna do this, but I see Portia's dirt coming out sometime around then. And as I said before, Esme will probably be the one to out her.

I had another thought. Esme having a flashback of last Christmas and being held captive by Nic and not of anything related to Sprina, Joss/Cam, maybe showing that they are setting up for Nic’s return. He thinks she doesn’t remember, but if she does that causes trouble for Nic. They may save her remembering the other stuff for after NAC returns. I also feel they wanted to save her remembering until after the writers returned. This was their first episode back.

Okay… I don’t understand Esme apologist. It doesn’t matter how nice she was or that she did it raise her voice. And I would like to point out that Trina didn’t raise her voice either. She antagonized Trina and her friends (and I’m constantly annoyed that they leave Spencer off of that list). It is laughable that she would expect Trina to forgive and possibly be her friend after what she did to her (drugging, framing, etc.). I will say that I really hope that Esme is able to use Portia’s assistance earlier this year to create drama between Trina and her mother as her memory returns. That would be fun to see that little seed develop. And I would assume that all these instances where weave seen her eavesdrop will come into play. But who knows…. The writer’s have dropped the ball before.

I understand many people don't like Esme, and they have every right to after everything she did, however I feel like a lot of people aren't allowing her to change and constantly have to keep bringing up her past self in their conversations when she is trying to be nice and make amends to those that she hurt. I figured someone as kind and considerate as Trina would still be able to be kind for Spencer and Ace's sake even though she may never be able to look past what she did to her.

Esme did this to herself and I don't feel sorry for her. Everything with Esme is insincere and too little too late. Avery is likely waiting for her contract to expire with GH next year because her time has been wasted for months and it doesn't help that GH decided to hire Adam Huss who reportedly doesn't want to be on GH on a more regular basis.

But she hasn’t changed. She’s hid behind her amnesia ALL year. Today was the first day that she said took on what her past self did and apologized. And I think it’s a lot like Trina said earlier… where Esme was still driven by jealousy. Thankfully it’s not to the same degree as when she had Ryan whispering in her ear. But you can’t tell me she wasn’t excited to see Spencer answer the door with the hopes she’d get some one-on-one time. Her immediately dropped when she saw he had company.

She has not turned herself into the police, didn't even thank Trina for helping to keep her baby alive on HS. Her words of apology are just hollow. I wish she had just found a way to get Trina out of the mess she caused. Instead, no. Trina is the reason she's not in jail. Trina asked the prosecutor to table the investigation so Ace didn't have to live in prison. Trina is kind. But she's not a benevolent fool. Forgiveness is for Trina, Ace, and Spencer. She doesn't have to be her friend. She's extending herself to be friendly.
