I am so thrilled and excited for Spencer and Trina. They deserve to have their love shine brightly in the spotlight like any of the other great super couples who have graced GHs' stage in the past. Sprina have a deep and abiding love for each other that I have yet to see in any of the current couples on GH. They are young adults of appropriate ages and they should be allowed to express, explore, develop and affirm their love in the ways that all human beings do. They deserve that! They earned that! Most of all, they need to be given space to allow their love to progress, grow and follow whatever course is best for them as a young couple. In my opinion, Love is the greatest gift that the creator has bestowed upon humanity... and just like the flowers and plants that surrounds us all over this planet, it needs to be nurtured so it can flourish and strengthen the bond between 2 people. It also requires intimacy and all sorts of other expressions in order to thrive. The trip to New York will finally take our beloved couple away from all the interruptions and obstructions, thereby providing them with a safe space and the freedom to let down their guard and be vulnerable and at one with each other. It is through the process of nurturing that they will be able to take their love to greater heights, resilience and longevity. I am glad that they are going far away where no one can physically interrupt their much needed and overdue time together. LONG LIVE SPRINA AND LONG MAY THEIR LOVE ENDURE.

Spencer being willing to step away from Ace for a few days is massive progress. So is Trina leaving her mother and Curtis alone. Im actually really proud of both for taking that leap. They’ve been tied down by family too long. Can’t wait to see this weekend getaway play out. These were some of the best Sprina scenes we’ve had this year. Along with some nice pov. It balanced topics that often feel too heavy with flirting and banter….completely uninterrupted too. That never happens. Thank god for the gallery. It’s become a bit of an oasis for Trina again (and Spencer by extension). And finally, Spencer getting all handsy at the end. I might’ve blushed on Trina’s behalf lol. I’m happy to see it. When she was saying no at first, he was about to cry, and when she said yes, he was overjoyed. He was holding someone besides Ace in his arms and it was Trina. He was in heaven, and I think when they make love, he will cry with joy. He has found someone who loves him, no matter what.

I’ve already watched these scenes like 20 times!! Is it just me or does it almost feel like NAC and Taby fixing what the writers did to their characters. I loved how quick-talking and nervous Spencer still is around his true love; it’s so endearing. When he said " it'd be nice" I hollered "Fuck Yes" Whisk your girlfriend the hell away from the albatross of Port Chuck please! I'm dead azz asking, where the hell has THIS Spencer been. I mean it's like the he was being held hostage somewhere and finally returned back to his life & his girlfriend. Wow, the switch up is soo stark. I'm in a bit of shock right now. Spencer is back to planning to sweep Trina off her feet like he originally wanted to when he planned that party for her & they got close on the parapet. This time though, he's more confident to touch and kiss her. The pure joy of Trina saying they can go to NYC together has him acting like she said yes to his marriage proposal because of course it makes sense for this corky Cassadine prince to be THIS excited 😁. It's really cute & adorable. Then it got a little steamy with him putting his hands down her body. I thought for a second they might use her desk to do more👀 because Spencer is so excited to spend alone time with Trina. Boy am I glad to go back to watching Sprina again. The characters & couple I finally can recognize.

I cannot believe the CONTENT we got today! YES! FINALLY!!! Seeing them so lit up was everything. We got humour, passion, serious conversation, excitement. Just leave me in this moment. @aliciac2350, this couple is great at their trade of acting so well together. Like you said, humor, passion, serious conversation, and excitement all in one setting. They were great at it and entertained the fans so much. I hope this trip will be a happy one for Trina this time compared with Rory.

@@aliciac2350 I also grew up watching soaps, only on CBS, and have been watching for 60 years and I am 69. I have never seen a couple like SPRINA on any show. Their love is genuine and not of this world, they are Twin Flame. I only watch GH when they are on, and they bring joy to my heart. I see why in July they beat the other 3 couples by 66% by fans, who love them.

I'm so happy that finally Spencer and Trina are going to go on a weekend getaway together. I don't know if its just me or just seeing things, but Trina looked a little nervous of the thought of going away with him. Didn't Rory take Trina to New York for a weekend as well? And now Spencer want to take her to New York too. I know when she went with Rory she wished it was Spencer; now her dream is coming true maybe that's why she's nervous?.

Yea I definitely think she’s nervous but a good nervous in compared to rory. With Rory she was nervous because she was going away with a guy she knew deep down she didn’t want to have her first time with because she didn’t love him. Now it’s coming back full circle only this time it’s with the guy she loves. So I think the fact that she knows this time it’s not a fantasy and things are about to get real is making everything come to a head for her which is making her anxious, but in a good way.

Not to compare but- the difference between sprina and jex is so telling. Jex is fast, “too much” romance and no depth-yet, whereas sprina a literate COMPLETE opposite. Sprina is a -l mean both relationship- had “ problems” or situations interfering their relationship but at least found a way to be together. Now we see “slow and steady wins the race” hopefully Trina and Spencer can grow together and individually and be happy. They were so happy and hopefully they will be together for a longtime personally the foundation they built I don’t see them breaking up ever unless some outsider interfering or Spencer being old Spencer which he’s trying to steer away from. You can really feel and see the love radiating off of Spencer to Trina. I feel and know Trina has the power when it comes to their relationship meaning spencer will move the heavens and the earth to be with her (oh this doesn’t take away Trina’s love for him I solely believe that’s her other half and soulmate). This is the type of relationship if the couple breaks up the guy will never love again and be cold-hearted, whereas the girl will try but never be whole or as open , it will be a tether that draws them in again but yea✌🏾

This is why they were voted #1 Daytime Soap Couple that won with 66%. Fans loved how they didn't jump in the bed all the time, but fans do want them to have their date/romance night. In a few minutes, the whole set lit up and this is how they make us feel as fans. Spencer and Trina have a quality status to them. He wants to make sure her first time is nice and not on a sofa, etc. I hope GH will do right by this couple, many folks all over the world love them.
