GH Fever: not so much like love, but more an obsessive man than anything else. Tony Geary himself has said he wouldn't love a woman like that because he was too obsessive, almost like a stalker. He also said the reason why everyone loved Luke and Laura was because everyone saw Luke through Laura's eyes. They loved him because Laura loved him.

Isn't that awesome? He does use a different tone of voice when he speaks to her than when he speaks to anyone else. I noticed the blue as well. That is significant. In this scene, we have the truth. Luke says ... The truth is it will always be me for you. Are we that completely invested in this couple and their history that their separation or togetherness really matters to us? You bet we are!!!!!

AMEN! The great love stories involve conflict, pain, and suffering...this is one of the greatest. L&L's story is also about forgiveness, which is why I find it so moving. The two of them are continually having to cope with each other's shortcomings, only to realize their problems are insignificant in the face of their overwhelming love.

It's interesting to see all these conversations between L&L about the rape. Here she forgives him and everything. I can remember watching when Lucky found out about it, and then L&L had their 'day of reckoning' about it. At the time I didn't realize that this wasn't just a topic they ignored and forgot about. They both are acknowledging that it was rape, that it was wrong, and that Laura forgives Luke. I wish they'd sort of touched on that more when Lucky found out.

I just hope that the writers will weave Luke and Laura back into each other's lives when Genie returns in 9 short days!!! I can't wait! I feel like I am anxiously awaiting the return of a long lost friend, and she is finally coming home!

It was very disappointing. He rejected Laura completely. Said their kiss was like an old sweatshirt, comfortable but no spark. She remarried Scotty. But of course Luke had to mess that up for her once again by crying for help that he needed her. Then he cast her aside for Tracy.

I must admit I am really enjoying GH since his depressing character left. Genie came back and I love the way the writers are letting her portray Laura as a strong, independent woman. The Greenland storyline was awesome, Laura saved the world.

Good question. There are videos of Roy getting drunk and dancing with Laura on other channels but I have not seen the episode you are talking about.

They weren't very clear about the whole Amy/Laura age thing. If Laura just turned 18 and is in college then even if Amy is 17 it seems weird that she is in college too. They mentioned that she is taking nursing classes and her walking to school with Laura and Claudia several times.
