Lee Baldwin was so evil to keep the documents from Joe Kelly, and from Laura. He could have lost his Law License, withholding the paperwork plus other legal charges. Over protective Father, is the reason Scotty got away with all his antics.

Terrible writing here when Scotty heads towards Port Charles to contest the alternate divorce without any knowledge that Lee was burning the original divorce papers. His contesting the divorce would be useless so why did they write it this way?

Yes but peace was made between them all before the wedding and so its not really out of place for him to be at the wedding and besides we know why Lee HAS TO BE THERE. '-)
