This is eerie that the Cassadines were able to get in Laura's House and Luke too, both got ships and Helena is in town, but not only did they not put all that together but they had a ship named Haunted star! Luke was smarter than that. I love seeing all those old cars.

Richard Simmons (and Beverly) was at Jennifer's 1980 wedding. Simmons is in the ending credits for the show after this. They were still using him at this time, but just not at the wedding, for whatever reason.

Beth Streich: it's not Scotty who took their items, it was Helena Cassadine. She used the stick pin from Luke and Laura's ear ring so she could put a curse on them.

S DAVIS Haha, yes the script got carried away with those Cassadine’s back then. They die today, and come back a few months later too. She wanted to put a curse on them because Luke killed her husband Mikos, back in the Ice Princess days.

grumpy oldbob56 Mikos was Helena’s husband, Luke killed him, that why she took revenge on Luke by kidnapping Laura. In the end, Helena lets Laura go, hence, Laura returns when Luke becomes the mayor of Port Charles.

Ok, this is important--we have to keep track of who brought what: Cora (Who's Cora?) brought ham. Rose brought rolls. Emma tried to bring mini hot dogs, but then brought oysters? Monica brought cavier and Gail brought cheese balls. The Reverend and his wife brought fish-of-the-day? It's a good thing Richard Simmons (and Beverly DeFriest) didn't show up---I doubt he'd approve of all that heavy food! Richard not invited to any of the pre-parties at Kelly's either. Rose's food-- too many calories!

If it were 2009 I would agree with you.. but fashion 30 years ago ... well guinne sak (spelling??) dresses were all the rage back then.... so perhaps the red dress at the time was considered a little over the top? But she did look good in it!

His fro flies around when he walks... : ) They all look superb and this has been SOOOOOOO long awaited.......by 30+ million fans that made this the most famous and watched televised wedding in history to this day (after Diana & Charlie) ........ That says something!!

Really enjoying seeing these..Luke looks great in his suit but his hair is so fuzzed out he looks like Bozo the clown! Much prefer his hair permed over how short it is now. His face is too small for the short style.

I really Luke lost his "lukeness" when he cut the hair in 1997. I can understand why he did it but still I think the haircut hardened Luke's persona, but that's just me. YMMV
