Very powerful scene with Mikkos. John Colicos was a very good actor, showing a lot of range with Mikkos, especially here, showing his vulnerable side.

Luke realizing he created a monster with Laura. That's right buddy. She's ready to take them out to protect her family and it won't be the last time. I love this fierce Laura. I also love that with everything going on, Luke is still protective of her but also respectful of her strength. And that conversation with Tiffany and Robert. Too funny! Well Mikkos, the first casualty of your little power play is your own brother. Good going. As my mother would say, "Are you happy now?"

I never thought I would feel so bad for Tony and Alex. They were made to look like terrible people in Port Charles, but with the island group they were two of the best ones. They really shouldn't have killed Alex. She was against their plan from the start.

I didn't get to hear what happened to Alex and Tony (who I loved, sniff). I want to thank you again Sussezq for posting these and allowing people to revisit and, in my case, see for the first time how great General Hospital used to be. I'm just now able to start watching again and it's still sooo engrossing. Now with GF back on the show I hear some rallying for L&L to be laid to rest for good but knowing that this is what they were it's hard to ever imagining letting that go.

I will always wonder what Mikkos pulling that lever actually did when Tony and Alex and, for that matter, Maximilian and his wife do ? I know whatever happened, they were killed, but how? And for what? What was it they could have seen for Mikkos to do that? And lastly knowing the way Mikkos was i would have thought there should have been a special code that only he knew to open the door.

The back-story between Laura & Alex (their testy relationship for all those months) should've been wrapped up in a final confrontation, somehow. I'm not sure who was doing the writing at this point in the story? I'm thinking this is where the new regime of writers took over? Pat Falken Smith and Douglas Marland would've never missed on opportunity for confrontation scenes.

I think still feeling the effects of the writers strike. It may have ended two months earlier, but so much is planned out ahead, that probably the Alex/Laura thing just got lost in the shuffle. Most of the Alex stuff after Duvall's murder is fairly slight and marginal.

John Colicos was an Amazing actor who made Mikkos Cassadine legend even today!! The actress who played Tiffany was absolutely horrible! Constantly screwing up her lines throughout!!
