I so agree, GH from that era is amazing scripted art. Writers who gave actors something REAL to sink their teeth into, Who in turn had the audience on the edge of their seat with the roller coaster of emotion they were able to evoke from a box in our living room. THAT is what television should be about!! We were spoiled with this incredible production. Nothing else really compares IMHO. Watching it 1,000 times is still more entertaining than most of the stuff on current day TV!

OMG, I remeber all of those clips, and I remember wanting to be Laura. She and Luke were something special...no doubt. It's hard to compare to the love that Luke and Laura had for each other.... if there are 2 more talented actors anywhere, I'd be interested to know who they are! I think Genie would be a blast to hang out with...I love her laugh!!! Thanks for this!!!

I never tire of these. The 60th anniversary was such a let down I keep coming back to them. Now we have lost Jackie Zeman. This is one of my favorite. Forever a Luke and Laura fan ❤️

I am a believer in these two characters. With all the talk that Ms. Francis is coming back to GH in Feb, I am hoping that the writers will bring back the Love Story between Luke and Laura. Call me old fashion but I just believe these two characters belong together forever. There is no one else for Laura or Luke. Things I love about Luke and Laura Everything they don't make soap opera couples like that anymore. The adventures they had. A time before cell phones😊 There was so much more. What I didn't like: the new writers that made them drift apart from each other and find others especially when their kids were young. Did not like Tracy. She was not a Laura.

Agree. Tracey is not Laura. Laura herself is so stern now in current GH. Luke and Laura had such epic moments when they were young. Milestones when they were older.❤😢.
