GH5 in Lowlight with Autofocus

Awesome, I just updated my GH5 and GH5s. Out of curiosity, what are your speed and sensitivity settings? I can get the autofocus to work really well with native glass but not so well with my Sigma 18-35 Art lens.

Usually, I keep my speed between 3-5 and my sensitivity anywhere from -1 to -3. However, I didn't notice this until after I shot this, but when I updated the firmware it reset those settings so ironically for this I think it was still at 0 on both! What do you typically use?
