@@abdullatifsatti3163 It’s not the mother language or mother tongue of any of the native peoples of Pakistan, that is a fact, it is neither the mother tongue of any of the four provinces of Pakistan, not of Baluchistan, not of KPK+FATA, not of Punjab and not of Sindh, again a fact that cannot be denied, neither is it the mother tongue of the two allied territories of Pakistan as in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, again a fact, hence your claim of Urdu being your mother tongue may well be true but is nonetheless limited to you and may be a small subset of the population that in itself is not native to Pakistan but from outside Pakistan, but it is certainly not true for 90% of the population of Pakistan who have their very own languages connected to the very names of their lands and of the peoples that inhabit them. If Urdu is a mother tongue then it is the mother tongue of certain people in certain areas of India who happen to be Muslims whereas if they were not Muslims (Hindus etc) they would most likely be speaking Hindi and their mother tongue would be classed as Hindi too, hence it’s not even a mother tongue in those areas where it is most common or where it is supposed to originate from as the mother tongue there is Hindi or some variation like Bhojpuri etc. Neither is it true to imply as you did that Urdu is the mother tongue of Pakistan as a country, that is patently false and an attempt at cultural and linguistic imposition, if you were a truth speaking person you would have said if you couldn’t remain quite (after all what is it to you how somebody speaks a word especially when it is 100% a fact that every one of these words is either of Arabic or Persian origin and have no origin intrinsically in Urdu itself) that Urdu is Pakistan’s national language by fiat and government decree, it is not really a national language like English is for Australia and Japanese is for Japan and French is for France, therefore when it isn’t even really a national language (except by government enforcement or by law) then how on earth could it be a mother tongue of Pakistan, (which is what your statement implied), that would have been saying the truth. So have the courage to speak the truth and stop imposing yourself and your language on others and say it as it is that in reality Urdu is Pakistan’s official language at the federal level along with English by law, not naturally, not natively, not organically and not historically, it is not really a national language or tongue or “quomi zaban” at all and not the mother language or mother tongue of any of Pakistan’s native peoples nor of any province or territory and nor of Pakistan as a country, it is simply an official language, don’t force your language and hence attempt to show some sort of superiority otherwise English and French are far far far superior when it comes to being international languages and the lingua franca of the world. He (the narrator) said: We narrate what we have heard. Sahih Muslim: 4092 / INT:1597 Jabir said that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) cursed the accepter of interest and its payer, and one who records it, and the two witnesses, and he said: They are all equal. Sahih Muslim: 4093/ INT:1598

کیا خوبصورت انتظام ہے خدا تعالیٰ کا کہ جس دین کو اس نے ابدی دین بنایا اس کی حفاظت کا اہتمام بھی خود فرماتا رہتا ہے۔ جب بھی بگاڑ پیدا ہونے لگتا ہے اور لوگ دانستہ یا نا دانستہ اپنی باتیں دین میں داخل کر دیتےہیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ کسی انسان کو یہ توفیق دے دیتا ہے کہ وہ بگاڑ کی نشاندہی کرے اوراصل چیز سامنے لے کر آئے۔ جن لوگوں کو غامدی صاحب کا وجود اور افکار گراں گزرتے ہیں انہیں خبر ہو کہ غامدی صاحب نہ ہوتے تو کوئی اور ہوتا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ کام ہر دور میں کسی نہ کسی سے کرواتے رہنا ہے۔ وہ یہ شرف کس کو بخشتا ہے یہ اس کی مرضی ہے۔

Hassan sahb, could you please also request ustaz to shed some light on how sahaba and early scholars understood this issue (in the light of this hadith) and why many Arab scholars even today believe that this hadith is also meant for those who borrow money on usury? And if the sahaba and early scholars didn't have opportunity to give their opinion, when or what would have caused this misunderstanding?

With all due respect to Ghamidi Saheb, I would like to point out that why the one who is giving Riba also sinful. 1) The reason is that when this transaction is documented which is Usury (Riba) based, he (the one who went to get loan) agrees to this transaction. He is not forced to pay Riba, He actually went to get loan and agreed to pay additional (Riba) more than premium and sign the document to agree/approve this Riba based Transaction. That's why All mainstream scholars considers that person feeding Riba to the one who is taking Riba. This person is Mukil actually. Another example is that Bank's agents not coming Individual's home to force us to agree/sign any Riba based loan . This is the Individual (Mukil) who going there and agree/signing the document to participate in Riba based Transaction. 2) In Quran, the word has been used as " Qard-e-Hasana" means Goodly Loan which defines a type of transaction in which person takes a loan from other person without repaying him anything additional. In case if person can not return the premium amount on time because of some serious issue like medical or loosing job or whatever then the word "Hasana" has been used which means Goodly Loan. Goodly (Hasana) means if genuinely person (the one who taken loan, Qard-e-Hasana) could not return money on time then Giver (Person who given the loan) would either wait or forgive rest of it that's why it is called "Qard-eHasana". 3) Thirdly historically there is no transaction (approve) by our Prophet which indicate that he has ever approve any Riba based transaction. So all participants like Giver, Taker, the one who document this contract/transaction all are extremely sinful. This is the understand of majority of scholars . Also Please do not engage into a debate or disrespect anyone if we do not agree with other person. We can follow the teachings of Quran and Sunnah and righteous scholars. of our choice. Allah(swt) is the ultimate judge. May Allah(swt) give us toufeeq and ability to practice true teachings of Quran and Sunnah. Aameen.

I agree with you and I want to add one more thing in it that the worker(agent) are also the employees, they do job their, they don't own this business, 90% they do job for their living, they are also needy ones. Just like if the giver is not including in it because giver have some need so beside worker has also his/her need. I was agreed with them in part 20 but in this 21 part I think I'm confused for one thing which is as they are saying that hadith inherits(relate) from QURAN so the thing he is saying "why about giver is not included in the QURAN by ALLAH". That's why I'm in a doubt. If anyone who can clear my doubt are warmly welcome. and maybe I can be wrong so please correct me if I'm. MAY ALLAH forgive me and us. Ameen

With all due respect, interest is time value of money. Money is not created or destroyed because it is symbolic. It is not a thing. It is a store of value,. Even for money with intrinsic value like silver or gold, the exchange value of money is always greater than intrinsic value otherwise it is hoarded (Graham's law).

Does every one have enough for basic needs? People don’t even have enough to eat in many parts of the world. Loan is a necessity for many. Those who are willfully paying interest for things they don’t need is a different category. Hope that helps.

To us value ko store krne k liye businesses apne paise banks mai ya mutual funds mai rkhte hain ya yehi kaam individual bhi krte hain .... Yahan ulama is cheez ko account for karne se qasir hain k agar ham us devaluation ko nhi rokainge to ek din jo paise rkhe hain us ki value kuch bhi na rahe gi.... Or jis sood ki aap baat kr rhe hain wo is banking nizam mai lia hi nhi jata ..... Kyu k ye banks kabhi bhi kisi zarurat mand ko paise nhi dete.... Jis nuksan ki ap ne baat ki vo INFLATION ki vaja se hota hai. yeh nuksan pesay ki value waqt k sath km honay ki vaja se hota hai. Jb ap kisi ko qarz detay hein to yeh nuksan to uthatay hein aur bohat baray sawab ke mustahiq ban jatey hein. Aur agar ap apna ye nuksan bardasht nahi kr saktay to qarz b na dein. qarz dena farz nahi. bohat bari qurbani hai.

Chapter: The Vast Mercy of Allaah Extending to the Non-Believers that They Will Live In the Outskirts (Mouth) of Gardens of Eternal Bliss [ِفي أفواهِ الجنة]; and that Allaah is not Isomorphic (Equal Form) to Humans - Elementally, but He is Multimorphic (i.e., He can Change His Purest Form to another Purest Form, to which He Wills, Within the Image of Man Only). Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported: Some people during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Messenger of Allah! shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection? The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Yes, and added: Do you feel any trouble in seeing the sun at noon with no cloud over it, and do you feel trouble in seeing the moon (open) in the full moonlit night with no cloud over it? They said: No, Messenger of Allah! He (the Holy Prophet) said: You will not feel any trouble in seeing Allah on the Day of Resurrection any more than you do in seeing any one of them. When the Day of Resurrection comes a Mu'adhdhin (a proclaimer) would proclaim: Let every people follow what they used to worship. Then all who worshipped idols and stones besides Allah would fall into the Fire, till only the righteous and the vicious and some of the people of the Book who worshipped Allah are left. Then the Jews would be summoned, and it would be said to them: What did you worship? They will say: We worshipped 'Uzair, son of Allah. It would be said to them: You tell a lie; Allah had never had a spouse or a son. What do you want now? They would say: We feel thirsty, O our Lord! Quench our thirst. They would be directed (to a certain direction) and asked: Why don't you go there to drink water? Then they would be pushed towards the Fire (and they would find to their great dismay that) it was but a mirage (and the raging flames of fire) would be consuming one another, and they would fall into the Fire. Then the Christians would be summoned and it would be said to them: What did you worship? They would say: We worshipped Jesus, son of Allah. It would be said to them: You tell a lie; Allah did not take for Himself either a spouse or a son. Then it would be said to them: What do you want? They would say: Thirsty we are, O our Lord! Quench our thirst. They would be directed (to a certain direction) and asked: Why don't you go there to get water? But they would be pushed and gathered together towards the Hell, which was like a mirage to them, and the flames would consume one another. They would fall Into the Fire, till no one is left except he who worshipped Allah, be he pious or sinful. The Lord of the Universe, Glorified and Exalted, would come to them in a form recognisable to them and say; What are you looking for? Every people follow that which they worshipped. They would say: Our Lord, we kept ourselves separate from the people in the world, though we felt great need of them; we, however, did not associate ourselves with them. He would say: I am your Lord. They would say: We take refuge with Allah from thee and do not associate anything with Allah. They would repeat it twice or thrice, till some of them would be about to return. It would be said: Is there any sign between you and Him by which you will recognise Him? They would say: Yes. and the things would be laid bare. Those who used to prostrate themselves before God of their own accord would be permitted by God to prostrate themselves. But there would remain none who used to prostrate out of fear (of people) and ostentation but Allah would make his back as one piece, and whenever he would attempt to prostrate he would fall on his back. Then they would raise their heads and He would assume the Form in which they had seen Him the first time and would say: I am your Lord. They would say: Thou art our Lord. Then the bridge would be set up over the Hell and intercession would be allowed and they will say: O God, keep safe, keep safe. It was asked: Messenger of Allah, what is this bridge? He said: The void in which one Is likely to slip. There would be hooks, tongs, spits like the thorn that is found in Najd and is known as Sa'dan. The believers would then pass over within the twinkling of an eye, like lightning, like wind, like a bird, like the finest horses and camels. Some will escape and be safe, some will be lacerated and let go, and some will be pushed into the fire of Hell till the believers will find rescue from the Fire. By One in Whose hand is my life, there will be none among you more eager to claim a right than the believers on the Day of Resurrection for (saying their) brethren in the Fire who would say: O our Lord, they were fasting along with us, and praying and performing pilgrimage. It will be said to them: Take out those whom you recognise. Then their persons would be forbidden to the Fire; and they would take out a large number of people who had been overtaken by Fire up to the middle of the shank or up to the knees. They would then say: O our Lord I not one of those about whom Thou didst give us command remains in it. He will then say: Go back and bring out those in whose hearts you find good of the weight of a dinar Then they will take out a large number of people. Then they would say: O our Lord! we have not left anyone about whom You commanded us. He will then say: Go back and bring out those in whose hearts you find as much as half a dinar of good. Then they will take out a large number of people, and would say: O our Lord! not one of those about whom Thou commanded us we have left in it. Then He would say: Go back and in whose heart you find good to the weight of a particle bring him out. They would bring out a large number of people, and would then say: O our Lord, now we have not left anyone in it (Hell) having any good in him. Abu Sa'id Khudri said: If you don't testify me in this hadith, then recite if you like:" Surely Allah wrongs not the weight of an atom; and if it is a good deed. He multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward" (al-Qur'an, iv. 40). Then Allah, Exalted and Great, would say: The angels have interceded, the apostles have interceded and the believers have interceded, and no one remains (to grant pardon) but the Most Merciful of the mercifuls. [[He will then take a handful from Fire and bring out from it people who never did any good and who had been turned into charcoal, and will cast them into a river called the river of life, on the OUTSKIRTS of Paradise]]. They will come out as a seed comes cut from the silt carried by flood. You see it near the stone or near the tree. That which is exposed to the sun is yellowish or greenish and which is under the shade is white. They said: Messenger of Allah! it seems as if you had been tending a flock in the jungle. He (the Holy Prophet) said: They will come forth like pearls with seals on their necks. The inhabitants of Paradise would recognise them (and say): Those are who have been set free by the Compassionate One. Who has admitted them into Paradise without any (good) deed that they did or any good that they sent in advance. Then He would say: Enter the Paradise; whatever you see in it is yours. They would say: O Lord, Thou hast bestowed upon us (favours) which Thou didst not bestow upon anyone else in the world. He would say: There is with Me (a favour) for you better than this. They would say: O our Lord! which thing is better than this? He would say: It is My pleasure. I will never be angry with you after this. [The Sahih by Imam Muslim]

ماضی کا ایک واقعہ سُنا : مہاجن لوگ سود پر قرض دیتے وقت، قرض لینے والے سے یہ وعدہ لے لیتے کہ اگر ایک مدت تک قرض کی واپسی نہ ہوئی تو پھر ضمانت کے طور پر اپنی بیٹی میرے پاس “کام کاج” کیلئے گروی رکھو گے۔ اور سادہ لوگ ایسا لکھ دیا کرتے تھے۔ اور پھر ، جب چند سالوں کے بعد مقروض رقم لے کر اپنی بیٹی واپس لینے جاتا تو ہمراہ پانچ بچے بھی لے کر آتا تھا۔
