@@Ludo_Liu Yes, the architecture of old Cape Coast is great but lacks proper maintenance. That's my hometown so i do agree with the lovely architecture part. If you want to see more beautiful architecture, i recommend walking on the streets of Aboom. Beautiful buildings in that part of the old town. Most of these buildings are from the 1800's so they really need to be maintained. Thanks for your great work and time

Happy New Year Ludo! A lot to comment on, firstly that I couldn't help watching and thinking of the significant slave trade and history contained in this small area. Really sad to see how much water pollution with plastics etc. continually washed ashore to taint the idyllic beauty of the fishing area/beach. We forget that what we throw into the water, it'll throw back at us. You chose the perfect hotel - thanks for taking us on that selection journey, and not sure how the first could think to be 400 cedes😂. Love the beauty, architecture and cleanliness of the town. Funny with the guy offering weed thinking he was whispering and the one conceding to smoking it at your table after holding off . Finally, loved your moaning about the food 🐟🍚🤣🤣🤣. Made my day!!! That would have been me honestly, repeating the price and complaining about the portion, taste and quality! 😂 But then, what do you expect when they are catering to expats 🙂🤑

@Ludo_Liu
@Ludo_Liu Жыл бұрын
yes the beauty of the sea shore has been changed, we will see it in the episode coming friday. We will do all the ride from Cape Coast to Elmina. I also feel it is less beautiful with all these rocks, but i also think it was necessary. Have seen the result of the erosion on the coast of west africa, and even in east africa or Asia. where some villages on the side of the sea, where just abandoned gradually cause they were just "sinking" in the sea, eaten day buy day, week by week by the sea. when you realize it it is too late to do anything, so I think finally in that case it is a very good thing to prevent and protect before it is to late
