The headline is misleading. The police housing project in Kwabenya didn't cost $100m. Government is rather seeking investors to finish the Saglemi housing project, and 5 private entities has submitted application to invest the said amount.

I know of the five investors who are bidding for that project. So if it is not $100 million, as you say, I'm not lying. It is on their official page where I gather all the information from. If you could tell me the actual price I would be happy because I myself am surprised by that huge amount.

How can you have a car that has engine fault but you didn’t fix it,but you went to the market and buy the same type of car meanwhile when you fix the broken car that you had you can save money. Am talking about the abounded Sagremi housing project that mahama started. This government should’ve completed it for applauds from Ghanaian than spending different amounts on different projects. Akuffo addo has done well for this project, but he should’ve fix that one than building new ones. Misusing Ghana money oh god save Ghana

But according to my research done before posting this story, we have five private bidders who are bidding to enter into an agreement with the government to finished with that project. It said that a partner will be selected by September and the project which is about 65% completed will be completed by early next year going. That is my research so far
