This is so much better and organized than the open air market you visited before this one. I, too, believe this will be the future of markets to come in Ghana 🇬🇭 The fabrics are colorful and vibrant and I’m sure Kevin’s tailor uncle will come up with a fantastic outfit for him and also Anna. I remember visiting an English tailor to have a suit made and it was almost £1000 and that’s with your own fabric never mind if you decided to have a suit made in the tailor’s fabric. Tailors are so much cheaper than in the West.

Hat off for this country. I've always admired their leaders : Osagefo, Kufor and "Africas" Ché, JJ Rawlings. As a Nigerian staunch panafricanist since by college days in then Eastern Central States rural community and buying from markets and during holidays in Lagos hustle and burstling markets. In Naija, I was influenced by Pan Afriscope, Africa and Newbreed magazines. Everything an African country or Black person did with planning, well désigned, I feel honoured and very proud. This is exactly the type of market place projet I have in mind for West Africa rural markets, not Shoprite of South Africa, Carrefour/Auchan/Casino of Frances' (racistes multinationales who rearly employ blacks in senior positions). Westernization of African way of interactions, retailing are distructive for our society. I like this tourn around of events. Ghana striding ahead, developing, booming agriculture, sécurity, decency, respect of other blacks, wheras arrogant loud mouthed young Nigerians forgot how we pionnered Africas final liberation. My fellow Nigerians are chassing money. Hence, money ran away from them and they fell back to poorest country.
