Palm nut extract (4 cups)
4 tbs groundnut paste
400g cow meat
200g cow skin (wele)
200g cow stomach
Blended natural spices;
1 tsp Aniseed
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp rosemary
1 thyme
Half size onion
2 thumbs of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium size mackerel fish
1 smoked catfish head
1 smoked dried herring
1 smoked Ankwawuna
1 tbs powdered pepper
1 tbs salt

This is the perfect soup for me as I love both soups so much , kokonte wow long time no eat lol. I’ve forgotten how it taste . So so good, I am always amazed how your kids love all the Ghanaian foods. You’ve trained them well, the ones I know dieeer always request for hamburger they don’t even like Jollof, so seeing your kids eating all your meals makes me happy 😍❤️🫡
