INGREDIENTS:
1 head of green lettuce
1 head of red leaf lecture
2 cups cherry/grape tomatoes
1 red onion
1 English cucumber
6 hard boiled eggs
2 medium sweet potatoes (white and orange)
2 red skin potatoes
2 carrots
4 radishes
1/4 cup chopped chives (substitute with scallions)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise
2 tablespoons avocado oil (substitute with olive oil)
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon celery seeds (optional)
6 pieces of homemade sardines (substitute with 2 cans of store bought)
2 cups homemade baked beans (substitute with store bought)
INGRÉDIENTS:
1 tête de laitue verte

2 tasses de tomates cerises / raisins
1 oignon rouge
1 concombre anglais

2 patates douces moyennes (blanches et orange)
