Suman Babu, This kind of discussion can mostly be eliminated if the below points will be added to the Constitution and that can also make a great revolution in society... 1. Police, CID, CBI and all funds (taxes paid by the public and others) should be under the High Court. By giving proper justification Govt. will take support from them and can utilize the fund. It is required as Police will able to do their duties neutrally. 2. Education means practice to control the mind, which has to be added to the entire study system. 3. Single vote will be conducted, which will be good for the country as billions of money can be saved. If it is possible, it has to be conducted online voting. 4. At the Same time need to change the voting system by selection of candidate vide psychological testing who has Humanity and will take the data from individual family of the particular area like as monk and give proper view towards the future progresive projection on his/her speech and data will be verified by third neutral party. Then, the election will be done. 5. There should not be any trusted property as all properties are under India Govt. and India Govt. can able to collect the taxes.
