Bilal Bhai, I had home made by contractor. Now, after just two years, paint is cracking and sand falls out. The plaster is so weak that if I run hand over it, it falls like sand. The contractor repaired many spots, but more defects keep showing up. We can't redo all plaster because either the water will destroy all cupboards or we have to remove all cupboards. Can we scratch a little bit of plaster, then plaster on top with tile bond? Is there a better fix? I was thinking of PVC panels, but the panel trims might come off later as the plaster dies

Ary bhai due to settlement problem in our area I have started foundation with raft beam interconnected with footings then after 6 feet plinth beam roof slabs on columns then brick walls after RCC structure and still got diagonal cracks after chunnai because I was late 6 months for plaster and this happened after a rain... Assalamualikum! Brother Mera land Jo tha Woh refiled land that usko hum na or fill Kia phir usko boht water dia, uska bad hum na construction start kerna SA pahla foundation ma beams (horizontal) or footings daalin or us pa construction ki. But still there are vertical horizontal and diagonal cracks about a milimeter or 2 milimetre thin in 3/4 walls. It's a new built less than 7 months. I am starting to worry

i suggest always use course sand .other kind is not good cus its very fine and always dirt in it, most of the time they prefer to use it becuse its easy to spread but always give problems later .use course sand

you must have used very fine sand and that had dirt in it.if you have not painted it yet mix cement in water and apply with roller twice and make sure you wet the wall before you do it

if you cannot find use silicon .it comes in tupe use a gun and fill it there .for small crack which are like spider web mix cement in water and use it with brush or roller
