Hi Everyone, one "IMPORTANT" update about the recipe. The khatta or the one spoon dahi has to be mixed in the milk when the milk is LUKE WARM and NOT HOT. We forgot to mention it in the video !!!

True and one more thing as a science teacher I know that we should stir milk after applying khatta just put from one bowl to other two to four times By doing so the oxygen goes in and CO2 goes out
