My biggest takeaway? Demon form has jiggle physics. lel Jokes aside, if Aukuna's Will gloves are in the game (and make zombies count as corpses still) you could do a zombie shout bomber with warrior .👍

They mentioned for minions that the permanent minions get certain active abilities, it seemed like the skeleton arsonist made the other minions explode. Seems like you don't really need Aukuna's Will to make a minion autobomber out of anything.

I may be misremembering, but i believe they said that the trials have 3 variants and you can do any of them to ascend. Trial of Sekhemas is completing it without running out of honour. Trial of Chaos is trialmaster where you choose what modifiers each arena has. The third on isn't available in early access, but will come later.

Peole should also really go look at their EA FAQ, they said the rest of the game is 80% done and by the end of EA the content will be about double the size of what we get on the 6th of december. On their FAQ they say that EA is going to take as long as it takes, but they estimate 6 *months* Any other company i would not believe that timeline. GGG? i definently believe it.

18:55 ca Permanent minions basically function like the reaper, they get an active ability. So every permanent minion is a minion + an ability unique to the specific minion. Permanent minions are the ones that cost spirit, you can also get zombies and such that cost mana and are temporary to some extend (seems like it might mean that you just have to summon them yourself after they die, not necessarily time limited like SRS but they don't go into specifics but the permanent ones resummon on their own after they die). In the clip the skeleton arsonist has an active ability that you use to make it explode your other minions.

Well, I can see what a lot of people are getting excited about but this is very likely a skip for me. PoE wasn't that great for me until ascencion came in and made PoE what it is but then it was made too hard to fully enjoy as well as certain archetype builds becoming very bad. PoE 2 is for me the pinacle of the bad PoE 1 decisions. It's gonna be great for streamers and very good players but the overwhelming majority of people are not going to have a good time with it. GGG has learned absolutely nothing from PoE 1 in my opinion. What made PoE 1 popular in the first place was the ability to instantly delete screens and have a reasonable level of difficulty. Before ascencion, PoE was completly stagnated in player base and now they want to release PoE 2 in a much harder state than PoE 1 and hope to get the people who back then said no to PoE 1 because it was too hard to come and stay? Well, I have no doubt it will be popular with the hardcore community of PoE 1 but I sincerely doubt it is going to get that many new players at all or that it will even keep most of the PoE 1 player base interested in the long run.

Well, skip it, then. No one will miss you. It looks absolutely amazing and the community has been very vocal about it's support of a slower, more deliberate playstyle. We all know that POE 2 will feel different, and playtesting and showcases have heavily emphasized on this, and people are STILL quite behind it. If you want to cry about it, sure, do it, but keep it to yourself. No one here will care or get behind your crappy takes on a game that is en route to be absolutely amazing on all fronts.

30:07 I havent seen a poe streamer react to this specific small detail but did no one notice there was energy shield nodes on the passive tree? Didnt they say previously that they dont want life or ES on the tree? It was also 15% on the small nodes so they look even more mandatory than in poe1, especially for CI builds. I dont know if I like this 🫣
