What about Haendel's first Hamburg, german-language opera - "Almira"? I think it's essential to say something about it as an example of the first such work in Germany.

Also, they weren't exactly all targeted for London audience, there are some works of young Haendel from 1706-09, when he was working for Italian opera theatres and the first opera he wrote that gained the popularity was actually "Agrippina", staged in Venice.
