अगर घेवर का बैटर या जिसे हलवाई मल्ली भी बोलते है वो अगर सारी इस्तेमाल न हो तो क्या बची हुई बैटर को फ्रिज में रख कर अगले दिन इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है या ये बैटर खराब हो जायेगा।।क्या मल्ली लगाते समय जो घी इस्तेमाल किया था क्या वो जम जाएगा या खराब होगा।।या हम बचे हुए बैटर को फिर से इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।।। प्लीज जवाब दीजिए।।।

Hey Kunal, You forgot telling people to add some lemon juice to the sugar syrup, to keep it from forming crystals while it cools down. I've never had this dessert before, however, the way its made, is amazing. It definitely looks like something you'd want to keep staring at, than eating.
