Now I am usually a skeptic but with so much evidence here, the forest definitely holds secrets. The creepy feelings, the audio recordings, weird visual evidence, draining batteries, malfunctioning electronics, and finally the wildlife of the forest. They say crows symbolize death and with the crow and the falcon, even down to the wasps and rabbits. They all know something. WW2HH, what a great find after a tough day. The forest literally came alive. It stung you, tripped you, watched you and pointed you in the right direction while at the same time tying to keep you away. When all this evidence is in one place at the same time, it's proof and an experience you will never forget. Anyways, amazing find, hope you feel better with your sting and your leg. Thank you for sharing sir.

The place that keeps on giving.. a lot of things, pain, very weird stuff, more equiptment failure, nature itself acting strange (all of the animals, trees falling oddly).. but then it gives relics... probably one of the best finds of your live... Also that older propellor plane flying over that FLAK area is a bit strange. Offcourse it could just be coincidense but given the nature of this place i think that is not the case. and the Church bells ringing is so weird.. just as you pull a helmet out of the ground they ring.. very strange yet awesome place. Congats on those amazing finds, especially that beautiful helmet. I hope your okay from falling in those foxholes and the wasp sting. A thumbs up from me :)

I'm sure you're glad that there wasn't someone's remains in the helmet. It's probable that the deceased were gathered up and buried, but there could be some there. I have watched a few videos of areas where mass grave sites were being exhumed and the remains were of soldiers who had complete dog tags and some that had half removed, indicating they had been accounted for. The remains have been getting relocated to the German national cemetery and surviving family members notified, so that they would have closure and be able to pay final respects to them. Definitely if you were to run across the remains of a lost soldier, the remains would be able to get identified and then relocated to the cemetery where they can be laid to rest with the dignity that they do deserve. The people that were in those foxholes didn't have a choice of wether or not they had to go and fight. In just about every country that was or is around today, doesn't give you a choice to go fight when it's War. Good luck on your continued expeditions and be careful out there.

@@victoriag6149 you can't know that for sure and more often than not, people like this guy will find dog tags, along with the deceased and can get the remains identified for the families that want closure. You need to remember that the wives and children of lost soldiers are often still alive today and appreciate their relatives being put to rest properly, sometimes for religious reasons. You might want to consider watching some of the videos where normal, every day people have dedicated their lives repatriating thousands of soldiers, something all of our governments should have done, after mass forced conscription into the army.

Incredible find HH! The spirits took you to this place.👻 In my younger days I used to do Urbex exploring old hospitals, industrial sites, mental asylums, mortuary etc. I was at a childrens hospital taking still photos before the days of cheap video cameras. With 2 other friends who said they felt someone was 'watching' us and heard a child crying? We were on the THIRD FLOOR and we all saw a childs face looking in from outside?? HOW.......... no steps outside the window or ANY way to get up there. When we all went through our photos days later I found one shot with a faint face at the window! I called my friends who also told me they had similar pictures! Showing an old lady friend the pictures months later, she identified the child. She was a nurse in the childrens ward and said the young boy died MANY years ago from an illness in her ward................so...........it makes you wonder. Years later trying to show my family this photo the face had GONE - so I contacted my friends ALSO the same, they could no longer find this face in ANY photo.😵💫😮. May the young boy have found peace we all hope.

And stung by a wasp very soon after, and right before finding the helmet and cartridges... It may sound like some mumbo-jumbo to many people. However, I find that batteries depleting in electronic devices disturbing combined with the animals showing their presence. Noting that the fallen trees around the foxholes could be just natural instability, perhaps those trees fell for other reasons. Reasons beyond the scope of what many would be natural cause. However, a lot of those trees did not appear to be very old. I still think our History hunter had some guidance. In fact, there is probably a lot more to be found at that particular site.

WW2HistoryHunter May I ask what part of what country are you in! Do you ever find spent cartridges from allied ground attacking planes such as at end of war-cannons firing at ground targets?

I believe the soldiers spirit was stuck in the forest. He needed to be released. Finding his helmet was at least a bit of validation that finally someone found him, he wasn't lost anymore ( I believe it belonged to the lost soul leading you there) The crow signaled the releasing of his spirit to move on to his final destination. The bells signaled his arrival.

From this video and the previous videos I just get a sense that the spirit that was following you was trying to get you to find the helmet and trying to get your attention, when you uncovered the helmet and the items it was like him saying thank you with the plane flying over head like the planes did to celebrate D-day. I think today you helped a lost soul pass to the other side that had been trapped there since the war. Good Job!

You have a new fan from Perth Western Australia. My wife and I watched your video all three in the series of the ghost series and really enjoyed them. I am so happy for you and the helmet find. I used to watch deep digger dan and that's what got me into the hobby but stopped watching him ages ago. And you and your channel are right up my alley and I will be watching from now on . My name is Paul and my channel is Aussie coin hunter KZbin channel. And I totally loved that coin you found in number 2 of the ghost series. Well done. Paul

That's an awesome effort looking for both history and ghosts... which is also history I suppose. Don't feel silly, it's a wonderful thing you're doing. You sound pretty stressed which is unusual. Fair enough too, it's a forbidding looking place. It feels like something wants you out of there. But your perseverance paid off in a massive way. Brilliant find and really happy for you that you got rewarded. I bet you'll remember this adventure for a long time. :)
