There's always going to be the possibility you can get attachments, have lasting negative effects from or get hurt from. Him investigating with Sam and Colby or not does not change that in any way. I watch Coreys videos and in no way am giving him hate but his thinking is flawed. This stuff can get stressful and harmful on your life and can branch out to friendships and relationships, so it's no wonder they're feeling a bit of that right now. He's doing it on his own terms; therefore what happens and doesn't happen is under his control. EX: The dance school. They were going to investigate but decided not to because the door was unlocked and the light was on, he was able to decide he didn't want to go and he didn't. However, if Sam, Colby and Jake been there, they would've coerced Corey into going, which would've made him feel obligated to do so. When he does these investigations on his own, its where he wants, when he wants, and its done how he wants. No rituals have ever been done in Aaron and Corey's vids, and when they felt unsafe they got out of there as needed. I think all of these guys want to be able to experience these things and see them, however these three specifically don't have any respect or regard for Corey's wishes and they think its fine because its being posted on KZbin and its for the views. They need to decide whether their friendship or this is more important and they need to realize what they are doing is wrong

So being empathic is a blessing and a curse. I treat it like it’s a door if the doors wide-open the more open, you’re going to be to feeling things seeing things if that door slams shut, you won’t see it a thing when I was younger. Just letting you know, the door creak sound could be dead trees rubbing together. I've been camping since was a kid and every time I do, I always hear that sound. I know it's a weird noise to be made by trees, but it is. Like so they can see this

in the stanley hotel series, the lady in their video claims that colby had a blue aura color to him, and when that machine turns blue on him, that might possibly be a sign. meanwhile, when the machine is handed to jake, it seems to turn green on him, in which, green is described as a safe color. maybe in this case, jake seems to be the safe one. (edit: along goes with sam, maybe that might mean sam & jake are safe???)
