@latishadonson9800 babies died, they found them clutched to the mother frozen in the water. It was horrific. A lot of first class didn't realise the ship was doomed, until it was too late. Quite a few of the survivors had to be physically shoved into the boats. Because, they didn't believe the ship could sink.

The other sad fact about the times, kids aged 13 were not deemed as kids. They were working age, so they wouldn't have had access to the boats either.

Omar, this is what I read. The Olympic went on a maiden voyage and came back which collided with a smaller vessel, the Olympic was damaged and because the "Titanic" was due to be set sail on 10th April 1912 and they used the ship "Olympic" but put the name "Titanic" on the side...an ice berg that size wouldn't cause that much damage unless the ship was damaged prior, (which it was) So technically, the ship at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean is indeed the Olympic...NOT the Titanic. They tried to fix it but they ran out of time. And no ship is "unsinkable" anything can happen at sea...but hey...good video guys :) I did a project when I was in school...GCSE years...loved doing it...love the history of the Titanic and the sister ship Olympic :)

Great formative history on the passengers plus the museum with articles & artifacts. I like right from the beginning the outside of the ship & massive size to get your mind set in motion. Thank you & Tif❣️✌️💯👍💯👍💯👍💯
