If you bury chicken wire under the fence line (attached to the bottom of the fence), they can’t dig out. Now given you have to go about 2-3 feet. My friend did that to keep stock in and predators out. Good luck!

Irish springs soap is great for fly control. You can either bathe them with it or hang mesh bag on the fence. Hope this helps😊
