押井守は原作の雰囲気ぶち壊すけど、代わりに極上の演出入れてくるから好き こういう音楽をゴリゴリのSFに入れ込むことでもたらされる効果とかを完全に計算していると思う そして曲の演者の方たちも素晴らしいの一言 一流人の一流の仕事を見せられた感じがして当時は本当に感動した

田中敦子さんが逝去されてこの動画にたどり着いた者です。出来れば東京オリンピックの開会式は「アキラのテーマ」で 始めて閉会式は「攻殻機動隊のテーマ」で締めて欲しかった。あんなありきたりのセレモニーは国辱ものです。
