It's not listed in game, but Water Bubble adds a x2 multiplier to the damage from any water move. So Sparkling Aria from that Marowak would actually have gone HARD

So when the pokemon card game first released, the base set starter pack came with two decks for players to use to battle out of the box. To make it fair, it was fire VS fighting, two types that were balanced against each other. So for the next type challenge, I propose fire VS fighting.

Episode idea: Take turns spinning two wheels, both have all Pokémon types on them. After spinning both wheels, you have 5 seconds to name a Pokémon in Sword and Shield with those types. Dual-type Pokémon only, if the two wheels show the same types then you re-spin. If players fail to say a correct Pokémon within 5 seconds, the other player gives them a Pokémon of their choice with the correct typing. For example, QuickGG goes first and the wheels are spun and he gets Dragon and Ghost. Within 5 seconds he manages to say Dragapult and that's his first Mon. If he fails to say anything, then Chilln can give him Dreepy

You should do a typing tournament where the types are seeded randomly into a bracket. You can run the series until you have your winner. Could be a yearly thing

What a great battle even if it was a bit one sided. I love normal types. Skitty and Purrugly are my favorite. Been rewatching Danny Phantom though, which is one of my favorite shows, and so am sort of vibing the ghosts here too.

While Palossand isn't strictly 'ghostly' in design, I'd argue it's more the result of a spirit deciding to possess an inanimate object/material and thereby giving it animalistic/humanoid characteristics, i.e moving fluidly, 'frowning' etc. Polteageist, Trevenant, Cofagrigus etc are other examples of this

I’ll say this. It’s easier to get a good team of ghosts than normals because there are SO many normal Pokémon compared to ghosts that finding a bad one is more likely to happen.

You should try Type vs Type or wheel roulette picking typings, BUT randomized typing/abilities/moveset on the Pokemon. It would take awhile to catch certain Pokemon, but it would be really wacky and fun.

Great match! While Freeze Dry was already being used on Pokemon that are weak to Ice, I also thought about how Soak + Freeze Dry is a really great combination! Type-changing move + a move that's super effective on the new type can really come in clutch!

i remember a few months ago, you guys did a challenge where you go to the move relearner and get all the best moves. i think that you guys should do this every video, as a lot of the time you get useless moves or one person loses because all of their pokemon has no good moves. a lot of the time, every move is useless besides one which isn’t even stab and does like 40 damage. you guys should start getting the best possible moves from move relearner every video

I feel like you guys should do a drinking challenge. If you skip a Pokémon you take a shot. If you get a crit in the battle the opponent takes a drink. When your Pokemon faints in battle take a drink. Drink if you switch in battle. Loser has to take a shot

Idea for a challenge: Generation Starter Battle Both QuickGG and you take 6 starters from 2 generations and pit them against each other For example: QuickGG choses the starters from Generations 1 and 2 and you from Generations 3 and 4. Or you could spin a wheel to decide which 2 Generations you'll get

Challenge idea. Move swap, get like 9 random encounters and you are allowed to trade moves between them. But if you trade moves you have to use that Pokemon. Got a baby with a God moveset? Give the moves to others but the baby comes along for the ride.

First 6 you catch, vanilla typing and moves, you can evolve, max out EV's However you wish, use move relearner if you want.
