Ghost Recon Breakpoint: How Nomad Should Look in Operation Motherland (Outfit & Loadout)

Note: This is my interpretation of how Nomad would/should look in the final big update for Breakpoint. It's been annoying me for a while that Nomad keeps wearing the same damaged t-shirt and the same bandages when he wouldn't really need them by the time Motherland takes place. If you want some alternative options for gear pieces or head options then follow the list below: Scar: any - being on Auroa and falling down mountains, bashing your head, getting shot and/or stabbed usually tends to leave a scar... Use any of the options you have unlocked if you want. Hair: Shaggy, curly crew cut, short a, side part, pompadour or standard crew cut all look equally good. Vest: if you want to stay true to the original look of Breakpoint Nomad or don't want to buy gear packs - which is understandable - then use the 5.11 TacTec® Plate Carrier in MULTICAM. Patches: any of the Ghost Recon logos or US flags as he uses both in concept art that I referred back to. Knife: use either the Straight Edge or Straight Edge Survival varient as Nomad cononically uses both - the former looks more like the one on the trousers.

The eyes are not blue. It’s brown or green. On the character wiki it’s brown but in most of the promotional material it’s green.

Creo que te faltaron los lentes mismos que perdio durante el incidente en el helicoptero los cuales deberia tener (plus el pelo prefiero tenga la version de pelo desarreglado si se trataba de una emergencia y debia acudir de inmediato ademas que seguro extraño su pelo durante tantos meses)

I think I like this more than the default Nomad outfit presets. I would definitely get that loaded crye avs vest if it wasn’t a micro transaction

Yeah, it bugged me to have to pay but I play often so figured why not? If you want a more tactical look then you could try the Blackhawk vest with mags on the battle belt.

In my opinion, I think they would start carrying more advanced gear. Maybe inspired off of the TALOS suit? Their main military outfit could be something like the Flayed Skull with the GPNVG along with the S&S Plate Frame. This is based off of the fact that wolves and bodarks have much more advanced gear than the US Military.

True, I just made what I thought stayed true to Nomad in the promo for the game and cleaned up the overall look a bit - kept the original backpack and baseball cap but changed the vest as it has a radio, used vasily's trousers as it has a Kabar sheathed on his leg and used the usual gloves (Oakley Pilots) as they are what I mostly use in Wildlands and Breakpoint.

I just want either a prequel to Wildlands or a Wildlands 2 with nomad's original squad situated in the middle east (where exactly I don't care just as long as it's a real location).

@@RHYD_ There's already a prequel to Wildlands it's a book called Ghost Recon: Dark Waters. 👍 But I would definitely like Wildlands 2 in a real location. Specifically I want Africa. There's so much they can do with that setting. PMC's, Rebels, Terrorists, Corrupt Governments, and ETC.

As long as the game is focused on Nomad and his team before Breakpoint and the location is real or resembles a real place - looking at Auroa with distain - I won't bitch and moan. Honestly though, what possessed Ubisoft to make a poster talking about the essence of Ghost Recon in their offices if they are just gonna ignore it and say "nah, the real priorities are NFT's, loot boxes (or surprise loot drops) and microtransactions"? Won't lie though, for every fiber of excitement I have for the next game, there's a significantly higher percentage of fear and worry for what state it'll launch in...

@@RHYD_ Pretty sure they got that from a fan after they released Breakpoint. But there is a lot of time between Wildlands and Breakpoint to feature Nomad. Since Wildlands is in 2019 and Breakpoint is in 2025. Definitely recommend Dark Waters. 👍

True, but you can't get that separately from the icon - unless you have mods (I'm on console). The AVS loaded vest looks best by far on console, but if you don't want to buy that, then I've listed all of the alternative stuff you can use (including the original, but pretty bare bones, plate carrier that Nomad is known to wear).

Sorry, I'm just seeing your comment. I've been busy with work. I'm not sure what the comment is meant to mean by "camp on 516"... if you're asking for the parts: it's the EOTECH with a magnifier, foregrip, suppressor, and PEQ15 all in the AU camo. If you're on about the campsite, I think it's one of the ones in Fen Bog - they're easy to find.

Sorry, I'm just getting back to you. I I just got a new phone recently and KZbin don't seem to want to give me notifications on the creator app. The headphones are the Peltor Comtacs and can only be bought on the store. You can get the Safari Land headset and just keep them in a stock black colour - it doesn't look as good, though.

This is my take on the character - I figured that with Op Greenstone and Motherland happening, he wouldn't have time to get his hair sorted. Just thought it added a bit of dynamic with time passing.
