This song is about Jack The Ripper. He committed his crimes in Spitalfields in London. There you have your connection with seven sisters. Oh, and Tobias is from Linköping Sweden! The ending with the same guitar riff as Imperium symbolizes that this Imperium has fallen and another one starts.

Jack the Ripper is more like a theme in the song, like even years after he stopped killing people were still scared of him coming back since he was never found, and that can be a symbol for fear of mortality or the album's overall theme of the rise and fall of empires

Every ghost album has an overarching theme like the rise and fall of empires and the cyclical nature of empires and also everything in general prequelle was about the black plague and every album before has a different story to tell. Tobias is a musical and lyrical genius
