Luke and Richard! Awesome! Never heard of any Seals going to our U.S. Army Pathfinder course. But the other services come to many Army training schools such as Airborne, Artillery, Jungle Expert, etc.
@richardcox6935 Жыл бұрын
The story didn't say any SEALS went to Pathfinder School. The Sgt. was assigned to lead them there because he was the best. My Marine and Navy friends say I put too many DELTA operators in the stories. Just trying to spread the love, thanks.

I love this channel, the narrator, the stories. This is a great story, I really enjoyed it. That being said, there are quite a few inaccuracies in here.
@richieharris9443 Жыл бұрын
Since it a fictional story, what are the inaccuracies?
@SamiPagino Жыл бұрын
What were the errors?
@iLovedWhatiHated Жыл бұрын
I was commenting on the military inaccuracies. Sergeants are not Platoon Leaders. Pathfinders are not Special Operations. Pathfinders do not "guide" anyone. At all. Especially Special Operations. That was never a Pathfinders job. Night vision is referred to as NVG's, or NODs. Not NOGs. That's just a few. Just because it's fiction, doesn't mean you can't get military jobs, identifiers, or jargon correct. Especially if that's a focal point of the whole story. Like I said, I enjoyed the story. Anyone in the military, or prior service, is going to pick up on stuff like that.
@richardcox6935 Жыл бұрын
@@iLovedWhatiHated Glad you liked the story. FYI I am 66 and a former Army Aviator. When night vision goggles first came out, NVGs as you correctly called them we had a slang term of NOGs or Night Optic Goggles. It was a slang term and nothing more. Remember, I am 66 and old school. PATHFINDER - Purpose: Army Pathfinders are trained to provide navigational aid and advisory services to military aircraft and units. That includes land navigation to a target. It may be semantics but The senior-most non-commissioned officer assists the platoon leader as platoon sergeant and often the Butter bars have them lead an Op while they lay back with the Coms Specialist. At least that was the way it was in my ancient history. I know a lot has changed since I got out over 35 years ago but it is what it is. Another thing, my Navy and Marine friends accuse me of putting too many DELTA Operators in my stories so I am just trying to spread the love. I appreciate you serving and appreciate all my Brothers in Arms who listen to my immaginary jargons.Some of my better story ideas have come from folks like you making suggestions. Best wishes...

Rico's other stories, featuring HAWK 29er, and the supporting characters. David Holley's HOSTILE INTENT and related stories featuring old west Deputy Marshall Morgan Dawson his friends and family and the paranormal/cryptid creatures they face! Luke Penton, DEADMAN TALKING is the real deal. Enjoy my friend.

Plenty of other stories and interpretations on vampires, half-vampires, and blood-tainted humans. Blade is not unique. This story is well written and imaginative. Also I love the Irish/Cherokee angle. My family approves 👌

We all love the way you use your vocals. I for one would rather you spend your time expressing the stories you enjoy, rather than 15:13 wasting your time on noise that is irritating
