Love love love this game. Ghost Stories is the first board game I played as an adult which spawned my appreciation for these games. We've played countless times and have only beaten the game once.

never knew this game was popular out of france, where its not even very well known one of my favourite game, I can't even count the nights i've spent playing it :) hope you all enjoyed it!

You don´t get rewards (Qi or lifepoint), if you use the witch (or buddha) to kill a ghost. This has made your game very very easy,

I played something very similar to this with my friends at a gaming café, except it was called Mysterium! It was so much fun, very complicated to understand though but we kiind of got the hang of it after like an hour xd Really enjoyed the video guys!

In minute 22:35 there is a mistake. The blue taoist is in the corner between blue and red boards. Then he cannot exorcises the ghost which is in the middle of the blue board. This ghost is not in the adjacent space to the blue taoist.

So much misplay's by Rick not giving Calvin his tokens each turn ..... unless I misheard the rules that his character gets a token each turn..... I've counted like 3 missed tokens so far.....

It is also the player's responsibility to keep track of every action during their turn. Rick does really well considering the variety of games and the constant distractions from all the discussion and the extra editing scenes he it setting up throughout. Disclaimer (Rick is my favorite because he cooks for me) 😂

I have some problems with the new concept. The explanation at the beginning is nice but the mid game people getting off the table for something trivial and rest of the guys waiting for that person to come back to continue the game is distracting. I hope you guys rethink some of the choices regarding the new concept.
