I just don't understand why the family from Afterlife are now the Ghostbusters. It's such a huge mistake and makes no sense.

@@Ben-pd2bx because the OG’s are getting too old for it and it’s Egon’s family that they passed it on to making the ghostbusters a family business. And it’s much better than introducing a whole new cast again after we got to see them in the movie before.

@@tord6725 It's ridiculous. Two of them are kids. Why is Callie a Ghostbuster at all? The only one that makes even a tiny bit of sense is Gary. Gil and Jason are just awful storytellers.

I really feel this film was unfairly criticized. It wasn't perfect. But I give it 8/10. It was a great curtain call. GHOSTBUSTERS (1984) 10/10 , GB 2 (1989) 5/10 , RGB (1986-90) 10/10 , Imposters (2016) zero! , AFTERLIFE (2021) 10/10 ✝, FROZEN EMPIRE (2024) 8/10 ❌.
