As much as I adore the Mondo RGB stuff coming out, it's just not feasible for me to afford the waves. I've wanted Ectos for my Plasma Series figures ever since I got the complete wave. Then, when I learned the deluxe would come with GB2 Plasma figures, that sealed it for me. So instead of getting the RGB, I am putting all my eggs in the HasLab basket and getting two Ectos. I am fairly certain it will get to 12,000. It's just going to take until the final week for people to pull the trigger. Anybody split on Mondo or HasLab, or maybe getting both?

I live close enough to the US border that I can use a border shipping depot for receiving, so that Mondo 2-pack will have free shipping for me. Saving that $40US shipping to Canada really makes this and the rest of the 2-packs more palatable!

It would be nice to know if Australians are getting Louis Tully too, but anyway. Gotta admit, the Ecto-1 is probably the only HasLab I'll ever back, glad I went for it. Hopefully we'll see more ghosts, and even Janine and Vigo the Destroyer as well. That would be a great addition to the group.

I was very torn between one and the other, the Tully early bird was kind of the catalyst for getting it or not, but I’ve never seen such beautiful RGB figures, and the idea of paying both at the same time was crazy, but BBTS won’t charge until figure is available, so I think I will back the Deluxe HasLab and get the solo Venkman from Mondo. I know I’ll regret missing out on one of the sets.

Uker here, going to skip Mondo it's just too insane of a price for a 6.5" figure. I can afford it but for me as beautiful as the figure is, it's not worth it. The cartoon series is where my memories belong alongside the comics from the 80s

Plus do I really want to pay for $101 for Marvel Legends Size figure but with better paint apps?. Sure it looks amazing, but I don't think its worth that much. For me it be in a shelf and that be it, when I have more enjoyment watching the TV series, and reading the old comics

I backed on day 1. I am getting the base version because that’s the top of my budget. I am surprised that Hasbro did give the Tully as they didn’t have to. It’s a nice good will gesture. At 8500 backed at 2 weeks, I think it’s going well. Will be nervous until it backs. Hopefully everyone is happy with the offering. Be well.

I preordered the cartoon Venkman the day it was opened. The free shipping refund happened a day or two later. Now I'm just waiting for the rest of the Real Ghostbusters. I still hate the $101 price tag on it. I know the Super7 figures were expensive, but this is ridiculous.

@ActionTalk the reason for the higher price or at least what I've heard and has been confirmed is the licence fee from Kenner, Dic and Sony who own The Real Ghostbusters hence the price. 👻🚫🤔💰

Got the Haslabs Ecto deluxe that was a no brainer, wish they made easy swappable parts instead of decals, as those decals will not work in near future. Can't get the Mondo ones, the price point does not work for me.

The free shipping doesn't change my opinion that it's overpriced. I just can't justify the 101 for a 7", or that for the "bonous" figure it doubles the price.

the ecto 1 haslab doesn't appeal to me but I'm glad it exists. The mondo figures look great but they seem liker they'd be pricey and extremely fragile made of cheap plastic and it isn't widely available is it?

I'm not backing the Ecto until they fix the 1A's lightbars. On both their website AND the in-person preview prototypes I've seen, the lightbars are in the wrong positions. Rear is on front, front on rear. FIX THAT, PLEASE HASBRO.

They already said ton of times that it's an EARLY PROTOTYPE and they will fix it before production. So if you wait before back it, well you won't get any car since they don't fix it before the back ends

@@GhostbustersNews Jason if you read this message the only Ghostbusters II action figures I haven't scene yet is the fab three busting the Scolari brothers while wearing their business suits at the courthouse as scene in the movie! Why hasn't anyone done this yet? Yes they should add Winston too albeit he wasn't in that scene but was at the courthouse in an earlier scene. Ditto for Louis also in his suit and tie. 👻🚫🏛👨‍⚖
