It’s an HSGI 1.75” riggers belt with a cobra buckle! I highly recommend, I’ve had for about 6 years now. Great base for a battle belt/duty belt!

I did this but my method was different. I went to an army surplus got the cordura it was like 5 dollars for a lot of material then I went to Walmart and got the gorilla glue spray maybe 8 dollars and like 2 dollars for some blades I did my holster the mag pouches and 3 more holsters
