These nozzles do not deal with hair. Goes straight into the drive bearings and melts them. Not sure what happened to the removable brushrolls from DC15, DC24, and DC25.

These cleanerheads are stuff of nightmares. I am a tech myself and I find myself always rebuilding the bearings in these things.

Thank you for the video! The brush bar for my UP-19 keeps stalling out whenever I hit carpet with the unit. A few weeks ago I took the whole cleaner head assembly apart, down to the motor. I cleaned and lubricated it, and cleaned the other parts as well, and reassembled it. The brush bar still stalls out. It is accompanied by a bit of a smell. So I’m wondering if the motor is just shot and I should look to replacing that. Thank you again!

I bought one secondhand and the 🤬🤬 sold me one that when I plugged it in... The roller doesn't roll! (Yeah yeah... I know) and it turns out... It's the belt! You know, the one you said doesn't break! 😂😂 Found one on Amazon so I'm good there. (soooooo much hair to clean) one question, the gasket around the motor assembly broke. Any idea on a replacement? Should I even worry about it?

It should be illegal to make junk destined to fill up our landfills . Seeing this makes me so glad to own my SEBo’s

I will never own another Dyson again. Could not believe how much they cheapen out on crucial parts like in the bar head. What they charge for these things is downright criminal given the corners they cut on them.

I had a gen5 detect, their latest cordless and literally after a few months the cyclone gasket disintegrated, they replaced the unit and the same thing happend again and they would make every excuse possible to not replace it again. Think that is the final nail in the coffin for dyson and now have a sebo upright and the new miele duoflex which is much cheaper and better than the dyson in almost every aspect
