I've had a Cordzero for about 3 months now and I must say I'm exceeding happy with it. I only have a large throw rug in my living room and the rest of the house is bamboo flooring. The 40 minute runtime per battery is plenty to do my entire 1500 Sq ft home, including the rug and still has power enough to use the crevass tool and apholstery brush everywhere I need to use them. I swap the batteries every month to extend their life. Major 😃😃😃😃

It's been DECADES since I was last so impressed with an electrical appliance as I was with LG Cordzero. It is simply a piece of engineering nirvana . I literally can't find a flaw in it. Within seconds from the first turn-on, the dust canister filled up with floor dust and debris. My old vacuum could not hold a candle to this beauty. (no, I am not affiliated with the manufacturer).

Thanks for the review. I bought the Dyson V11 at Costco on sale for $499. Then saw the LG Cordzero A9 on sale for $299 at Home Depot. I'm comparing the two right now but I think I'm keeping the LG and returning the Dyson. I couldn't really justify the $200 price difference. The LG also comes with two batteries, the stand thing, extra filters, and offers a little more bang for the buck. Both are expensive for stick vacuums but at least I can feel a little better spending $300 rather than $500.

Why is it that when people compare products it's always LG vs dyson, Samsung Galaxy phone vs Apple iPhone, LG washer vs whirlpool washer and Hyundai ioniq electric vs tesla? It's like South Korea manufacturer vs the world comparison. And many times South Korea 🇰🇷 is winning or gaining to be better than previous year when it's compared. Thank you for reviewing with lots of test and results. It will help lots of people to make great decisions, great work 👏 👍 😀

We've had the LG since last January and have been mainly happy with it. One issue we've had is with the compressor plunger. Debris will somehow get behind it and cause the sensor system to shut it down until it can be cleaned out (not an easy process) before it will function again. Will be contacting LG support on this (again) on Monday.

Very helpful, honest review. Very pleased with our A9. I did, though, have to return our first one up Costco and get another. Reason was that a small piece of the plastic covering over one of the hinges of the door broke. It exposed 2 very fine and sharp ends of wires. It happened after emptying it as I was starting to wipe dust out of main filter area. I'll be more cautious upon opening from now on. Thank you again for your great video.

I go for the LG. Its seems to be the far more better option then the dyson. I like that it comes with a stand and 2 batteries with a dyson you have to buy a stand separately and battery, Much better quality and doesn't feel like a toy compared to the dyson, More powerful then the dyson, not bulky or heavy at the hands and I don't have to hold the trigger for a long period of time.

I just had to deep clean our new two Dyson's for the first time...as an Engineer myself, I felt like Dyson was either purposely making them impossible to clean them back to original specs and conditions or was incompetent enough to implement a very defective/impractical design from a sustainability point of view. As I was examining the components Dyson's seem to be designed to reach a life expectancy of a few years UNLESS you take time to fully clean. I will give them the benefit of the doubt but either way is bad engineering. Time to move on from Dyson.

My only complaints with my Lg are that the 3 second hold to get max power feels like an eternity and can be a bit dicky if you press the button too early (I can you see you have this problem in the vid) and also the telescoping tube can get stuck in a half click and retract accidentally if you haven't made sure it's fully engaged. How do bagged vacuums cost less to maintain. Bags cost money. I've been using a roborock h7 which came with 2 optional use bags inside the bagless system which is interesting. It does keep the insides from needing to be rinsed as frequently. And emptying is a dust free experience. I'm on the fence about getting more. Its just a convenience. But thats just my perspective. I would love to see a full review on the roborock h7! And by what metric do you figure that bags filter better? Filtration comes down to a sealed system and HEPA. charcoal if you want to get rid of odors. I like the chimes of the LG. Exact same melody as their washing machine, ha.
@PerformanceReviews2 жыл бұрын
Bagless filters tend to cost more than bagged machines cost to run. Washing and maintaining a machine also costs a lot more time with a bagless vacuum. For instance the Dyson in the video requires a new filter every 3-6 months This filter tends to be about $20 a piece. Where are years worth of bags for most cleaners is under $20. Hope that explains that a little bit more in depth. If you have any additional questions about the subject call any random vacuum shop and they'll explain it in autistic detail.

We replaced our Dyson 4 years ago after learning there are non-user serviceable areas that trap dust, dirt, mold, and likely unhealthy debris. Dyson suggested we send it in for a "tune-up at a hefty cost (over $130). They use screws that require a special tool to gain access to remove a screen that traps unhealthy guck. We bough a Miele - WOW what a difference! The Miele is extraordinary with HEPA filter and easy to discard dust bags. Now we own the Miele and an LG CordZero - the perfect combo. The LG wasn't necessary but it is so easy to use. I would recommend any other vacuum instead of a Dyson.
