This was a brilliant watch. LOVED it. Great to know Richard shared my own annoyance at Most Haunted and their insistence that EVERY noise or occurance was paranormal. They were terrified of trying to debunk anything and then had the cheek to publicly crucify poor Derek. :-(

100% agree, and as far as Derek is concerned, well, they needed a scapegoat! I really stopped watching Most Haunted after what they did to Derek. 💜 And every single ghost hunting show on TV now or in the past has done the exact same thing. You know they'll do anything for ratings.

You did amazing to get over your cancer I have tumour in my lung was 2mm 6 months on its 5mm I not having treatment I'm to old now it will finish e off but I'm glad you had a happy ending love ya xxx

Thank you for this content, great interview. Even though we know Richard is afraid of ghosts, his knowledge and experience go above and beyond pretty much everyone else, and even with his celebrity, he still remains quite humble. That makes him an absolute favourite and keeps us wanting more! 💜

20:20 What ruined "Most Haunted", apart from Chris Halton calling the show out on a fabricated ghost(which was one of the MH crew filmed in a trick superimpose), was host Yvette Fielding's *histrionics* which were too much to take in some editions.

Great interview. The Cato street conspirators were last people sentenced to be hung, drawn and quartered in England. They were hung to death then beheaded with a knife.

I love the Roman soldier's story and believe it happened. I have seen a ghost, and I have had a ghost in my flat that kept opening the front door and one night it decided to take out everything from my pantry and placed it on the kitchen floor. I am wondering when we die are we still living our life, it just seems that way with all my experiences I have had with ghosts and spirits in the past and with all the stories I have heard like the Roman soldier's story, that was mind-blowing

My girlfriends aunt (aged 2) and grandmother were killed in the derby raid. Her mum (aged 6 months) was saved as she was on the sofa, which was blown over and protected her from the debris.. Later in life her mum met the pilot of the German aircraft (documented in the Derby evening Telegraph).
