I have to admit - being a fan of the original show on BBC 3 I was VERY sceptical about an American remake, given the history of American remakes of British comedies. But I now love it, possibly more than its British progenitor if I'm being honest.

I'm british and watch the original I have checked out the American version it's ok but I don't like the long series they put so much In when they could spread it put rather than 18 eps

Love it, adore both shows but robin from our British show will always be my favourite ❤️

Each cast member is perfect in his/her role. It would be nice if they got a change in costume once in a while in a flashback to their living days. Looking forward to seeing more of Nigel and his relationship with Isaac! I hope it evolves slowly, though. Their timid and uncertain interactions when they were feeling each other out, so to speak, were beautiful in the first season.

No. The characters are different. Only Trevor and Pete are pretty similar to the "same" characters in the BBC version.

@@appylee9942 you forgot thorfin is the robin ge can do lights and Isaac has certain similarity to Mary and wen someone walks through him he smells like s**** hetty is their version of lady button so more similarities but Pete and Trevor share the same.costumes as BBC version
